Drip Coffee Lounge

I finally got the chance to visit the Drip Coffee Lounge and loved it.

I ordered a Palmiste Suya Chicken Wrap and a Lavender Lemonade for lunch.

It is very spacious and they really knew how to use their space. You can sit at a regular table with chairs or sofas by tables. I love that they are centrally located on their block so the sun light comes into all the windows.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great.

I absolutely love this place. The esthetics are nice, food trucks almost nightly. It’s definitely for the more mature crowd that wants coffee during the day & nightcap in the evening. There’s karaoke nights, R&B nights, jenga, etc. But unfortunately when something new opens, there’s going to be crowds that flock to check it out. And although they can control who comes in their establishment, they can’t control what happens on the streets when they close. This is where they depend on CPD to control outside, but unfortunately they haven’t done that. Don’t let that deter you from coming. It’s all nice, friendly vibes inside…

Amazing relaxing ambiance to get your coffee. They provide wonderful service and amazing Ethiopian/ Iritrean food on the weekends. Highly recommend.

Having been to many a coffee shop, I rate this one top shelf - Drip Coffee Lounge. Why? Here's why: great coffee from pristine ingredients; alcoholic drinks and food as well; patio; friendly and welcoming personnel; leadership that pays attention; community minded; events. We need a 100 more in our state just like 'em...no, 10,000 more, bright and shining just like Drip. Why 10,000? Figure it out :) Inquire if you can't solve the riddle :)

Drip is a really chilled out low-key vibe. The staff and ownership were welcoming and really nice and helpful! So awesome to have a place like this in Northside. Wonderful interior, loved the mid-century modern couches, there's games under the tables, and the music was very comforting. The menu looked really cool, but I just wanted something sweet for my breakfast so I ended up getting the Puff Puff Beignets, which were so perfect, sweet, warm, soft and delicious, especially with the mango and mint compote. The coffee was rich and bright, sweet and nutty! I ordered the Ohio Honey + Vanilla latte and it was soooo comfy and perfect for a sweet breakfast. Really interesting location and seeing the very engaging Welcome Project and Wave Pool Gallery across the street is also nice to enjoy while sipping your coffee. Really looking forward to going there more often!

Drip has quickly become my favorite cafe in the city. The coffee is high quality and ethically sourced. Dishes like the sambusas, hummus or African beignets are delicious. The atmosphere feels airy yet cozy, providing a nice balance.

The mid century modern decor and book selections are a plus for me, as is the diverse and sociable staff. This is a great workspace, place to connect, converse or play a game of chess. The music selection is always quality. There’s onsite parking. This place is a whole vibe.

I attended an event called the “Bad Girls Brunch” where I was a vendor at DRIP & it was PHENOMENAL! The place is so creatively dope! The Oats & Honey coffee was so delicious. & the mimosas was pumping! This was my first time visiting & I will be back with my mom!

Deliciousness at it's finest at Tacos Supreme! They are a food truck in partnership with DRIP, and it serves delicious and guilt free food for a great price! I got Chicken and Steak Tacos, Beignets/PuffPuffs, and Chicken and Steak quesadillas hot and fresh by the Chef de Cuisine, Micah and I travel from West Chester at LEAST once a week to get my tummy a treat. They have loaded fries and have Pescatarian and Vegetarian options as well.

Drips is an awesome experience! The people there are so friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious! I will return to have an amazing time more often! Thanks to those people there for giving me somewhere to go that I truly enjoyed!

The street tacos are the best I think I ever had (I recommend the steak) and the coffee was just as delicious thanks for a great first experience definitely recommend

It was my only visit, but I liked it. I didn't eat, but had a nice cup of tea while attending an event and socialized. They could maybe use some decaf for evening lovers of coffee shops, for persons not wanting to be up all night! The service was impeccable. Glad to have explored that side of town.

Awesome coffee imported directly Ethiopia. Ethically sourced as well. The owners are great, so stop in sometime and check it out. They also have a reading nook! Try some African Street food. The Sambosas are great finger food. If you stop in, tell them Sean sent you! A++++++++++

Just tried this place for the first time today and couldn't be more impressed. Coffee drinks were on point, and I was really excited about the unique cultural food on the menu! Tried the lamb cigars and African beignets - WOW!!! Such sumptuous and delicious flavors it set me in a mode of bliss for the rest of the day. AND, I noticed that they have a cozy little reading room/library which, as a lifelong bookworm, gave me tingles just to see and walk through.
All the staff was very kind and friendly as well. To whoever opened up this cafe - I applaud you and wish you many happy years of success ♥

Only electrical outlets are near couches so it's not perfect for studying but it is perfect for lounging or chattig with friends in the library room, at a table or the bar!

Come by to play a game of chess, meet someone new or bump into a friend and grab some good vibes.

Drip has a laid back relaxing atmosphere, especially during the night of jazz. The food and drinks were exceptional. We had amazing service. Looking forward to returning!!

Enjoyed the chill atmosphere, jazzy background music, friendly staff, and great food. The lamb cigars are so amazingly seasoned and satisfying. The honey vanilla coffee was a great addition to my meal too. Looking forward to returning to try their bar menu and enjoy the reading nook next.

This place is quaint in a not so well traveled area, but definitely worth the visit. It's a good place to chill and the food is delicious! I suggest trying several items at a time with friends. 😋 The coffee is amazing as well. Lastly the staff is friendly. All in all an awesome meal an experience..

I wasn’t expecting to see “African Food” on the door but was pleasantly surprised. I had a V60 pourover and the plantain fritters and they were wonderful. The space was absolutely lovely and cozy with a nice library nook too. And the staff was so friendly and hospitable. Excellent.

Drip Coffee Lounge was the venue for my recent graduation party from graduate school. It was the perfect location with easy access from the freeway and parking for guests. My photos look absolutely gorgous because the space is so well designed. The food was also catered by them and everything was delicious. My guests were so happy and it made the celebrateion so special. Highly recomend for events!
