I went here with my mom. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! We were seated quickly and our order was taken within minutes. I was very happy that they had so many vegetarian burger options. Usually, restaurants will have only one type of vegetarian patty, but this one had a couple. The peanut butter milkshake was also fantastic and one of the best peanut butter milkshakes I have ever tasted (and I order them almost everywhere I go!). I've also tried their fried pickles to go and I would highly recommend those as well. The staff was kind, patient, and welcoming. The atmosphere was very nice too; the restaurant is in a nice area of Bellevue and the restaurant is clean and has cool lunchbox-themed decorations up. I crave food from this place often and I'd come back every week if I could.

Came here for lunch and it was amazing! The fried pickles were the best I've ever had! Mik was really nice! The burgers are delicious and good sizes! The onion rings and sweet fries are perfect! Definitely coming back! Oh and check out the Groupon for a discount! Great service all-around

Pick up and dine in are both great. Little longer wait for food in dine-in, but worth the wait. If you dont mind the calories, this is the place to go to if you are in downtown bellevue.

The shakes are amazing. Do not come here and not get one.

I was here yesterday and I had the beef dogsticks and the cheese curds. The food was fantastic and the portions were huge. I enjoyed every bite! Yum.

Not the cheapest place to grab a burger ($23.03 with 20% for one burger and Fry's). That said iv never had bad food or service here. The people are always nice and from shakes to the burgers the food is always awesome. The menu is creative and fresh as it should be with a name like lunchbox laboratory. My wife and I split the mushroom truffle burger, not what would have picked but still pretty good. I recommend the "burger of the gods" it's wonderful. Anyway if you are hungry and in Bellevue, grab a spot in the parking garage and make sure you have your wallet 😉.

Well this is my most recent visit, it ISN’T my first visit to lunchbox laboratory. In fact my story dates all the way back to 2009 when it was on 15th Ave., Northwest.

There was a lovable half of the shack that served delicious food such as burgers, shakes and flavored tots. Tragically in late 2010 or even early 2011 chef Scott Simpson left us early.

I honestly thought that that was going to be the last of delicious burgers in the Seattle area. Then to my delight Scott’s business partner continued on with a brick-and-mortar building that was massive at it’s 5000 ft.² square area.

Upon hearing of the building I am mediately went down to investigate. And I was pleasantly surprised that the tradition continued.

Fast forward 8 years to yesterday. The LL has been successful over the years to open new locations. One of which was in Bellevue! The hostess with the mostest sat us down quickly on this Tuesday afternoon.

Rudy was our server who simply killed all day. Loved that guy! Our food choices were fabulous. The experimental burgers and drinks were not available today as they were still finalizing.

Regardless, their tried-and-true menu rocks! Thanks, LL. We’ll be back. Probs bring our friends.

Always yum. Great burgers, tots, and shakes. What else is there to say. It’s a dream. They have a huge “party” room for corporate events and birthdays, too (right next door). I took and attached some photos.

The food was amazing. The atmosphere was really awesome. Staff was very friendly and super efficient. Had a really great lunch. Will totally be bringing my family back again.

A fabulous place to grab a burger, fries and get a little nostalgic with some old lunchboxes. A must visit vacationing in Bellevue.

Fantastic burger place! We came here on a Friday night, after another place 5 blocks away gave us an almost 2 hour wait for a wheelchair accessible table. This place is full of accessible tables (smart!) and parking was not bad either. Modern vibe, hip setting, upbeat atmosphere... Service was excellent and the food was definitely worth it. Unique options and everything was cooked to perfection. Can't go wrong with the tots for an appetizer; I had the shroom burger with sweet potato fries and sweet chili sauce. Absolutely de-lish! Loads of options for sauces and spices right at the table. Average around $15 a plate or more but you get a good gourmet burger. Highly recommended.

Great fast quick service. Food is amazing. I got the 4 piece cod with onion rings. I also got the fried pickles. Loved everything. Will definitely be going back.

The burger we got was sooo good! Fries were good and tater tots were crisp & yummy! Found Lunchbox lab through groupon... so glad I did, I'll be back! The kids loved it too!

Service here is very nice. The wait time is very short. Burger was a little over cooked but passable. Bonus they do serve burgers on lettuce wraps. The dish I like the most. Here I enjoy the roasted brussels sprouts with bacon. Keto friendly for sure. Decent bar selection.

This was a fun place to take the kids for dinner and enjoy time with our friends. The food was good and all the apps sounded amazing. Happy hour margs & the Brussels were definitely my fave tho!!

There are no words to describe the hedonistic chaos that is Lunchbox Laboratory's menu. Not for the faint of heart or stomach - most items are the culinary equivalent of a Metallica concert, devoid of subtlety, but infinitely satisfying. Most fun meals I've ever had.

We were in town for a gymnastics meet and ended up eating their twice since it was so good. Just a heads up on the mint chocolate chip shake it's real mint so far my daughter it tasted like grass but once she understood it was the real thing and not syrup she was more understanding but she said she would have just gotten the strawberry again since it was way better. Otherwise the tater tots were really good and the burger and fish we had was really good. Definitely will be back.

Burgers here are really good and tasty! Garlic fries are delicious and service is great and courteous. One of my favorites in the area!
