Panera Bread

My husband's first time eating at Panera. He loved the Asian salad and chicken bacon ranch Flatbread pizza. I have ate Panera many times and always pleased. Long lines because the food is so gooood. Short wait due to the excellent team work from the kitchen staff. Bravo. This is how customer service is supposed to be!

Ok... so real quick, I love me some Panera HOWEVER I absolutely did not, did not, did not enjoy the white cheddar steak sandwich. It's 100% my fault. I wanted to try something new (I generally love everything). But I also did not pay attention to what came between those ciabatta buns... HORSERADISH SAUCE!! Um... Eww!! Not for me. *whew* ok, now... as for my go-to (which has NEVER failed me in my 32yrs. I like to give a hoo-raah to my Bacon Turkey Bravo. Yes Lawd!! Plus I asked if they could throw a few slices of avocado in the assembly of that good ole' sammich. (Yes, I said SAMMICH. Gotta put some "stank" on it. Carrying on... y'all, the liquid gold (not cheese) but AGAVE LEMONADE!!! *Heavenly Father I...take...this...moment* YES!! I love the freshness of everything at Panera. It's like tasting the sun & licking the wind (in a delicious way). Mmmm... and don't underestimate the pickle spear. Not soft and soggy but having the right crunch is everything. Yeah, they did that. Very open and welcome soon as you walk in. Very clean and lots if seating.yes the staff is new but their knowledgeable on the food! Everything came out in good timing. Thr coffee was really good and fresh.

Made an out-of-towner feel very at home. Friendly welcoming staff.....and the food was perfect all week. Gonna miss hearing DAAAAVEEEE When the foods done 🤙🏾🤙🏾

It’s an easy stop off the interstate with plenty of parking and gas options nearby.

10/10 best place I ever worked!!! Everyone is SO NICE and the food is great. The GM, John, is so kind, and my coworkers are the best. It’s a busy location, so 9/10 times we stay very busy. But we really are a coherent team that have each other’s backs. So come support a company that really takes care of their people! Who knows, you might end up wanting to join us behind the counter too!

We were visiting from out of town and this was our last day here in Mason. There was a small issue with a particular item not being available for about 20 minutes. The manager by the name of Cohen, went above and beyond to make it right and I really appreciate that! Great service!!!

The food is great, and I love the atmosphere, but the workers could be a little more patient with the customers. Especially with new ones.

I’m very surprised to see so many low star reviews, all of my experiences at this Panera have been great! I come in frequently for lunch during the week and order my food off the fast lane kiosks (which are amazing & means you don’t have to wait behind people in line who really struggle to simply order). I always customize my salad and it’s always exactly how I order. Even if it’s a little busy I’m always able to get my food very quickly (less than 5 mins). Today they were even hanging out free pastry samples which was a nice touch!

Clean facility, great menu for anytime of day. I enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere here. I don't normally like kiosk ordering, but theirs were easy to use, and I loved that there were pictures of all the items so I could get an idea of what to expect. I came for a small, casual business meeting and will plan to use this location again for similar meetings.

Great experience at this location. I went at noon for lunch and was quickly served. It took about 5 minutes for our food to be prepared and all order were correct and delicious. I enjoyed the juice/lemonade/tea selections. The place was clean, well lit, and had plenty of parking. 5 stars

This was my first experience with Panera Catering and they did an excellent job! We ordered box lunches for a client meeting with 20 in attendance. The order was ready for pick up at the requested time (very important) and came out perfect.

Great experience. Ordered through the Panera application and chose the option for ASAP (which listed 10 mins). Drove to the location and the order was ready upon arrival (about 9ins after ordering). The salad, baguette, and chicken sandwich was fresh and the Mac and cheese for our little one was still hot.

Breakfast at Panera is always a good experience and being a repeat patreon I love the choices available. I personally choose between spinach and bacon quiche, or your basic bacon, egg, and cheese. The best part is you can customize your bread on any sandwich. My lunch choice for me is generally the toasted streak arugula sandwich.
Finally don't forget the best thing on the menu is any bread, from a french baguette or even a custom loaf of bread to your various pastry like a muffin, bear claw, bagels. 🤤

Friendly & fast service, cashier very helpful since it was only my 2nd visit to a Panera. I ended up running into my own brother & had lunch together! Fun visit & good food!

This panera bread is always amazing and the customer service rocks. I was in the drive thru when my car died, and 3 of the employees came out asking if they could help me. They ended up pushing my car out of the drive thru and jump started it for me also. Thanks to Addison, Gillian, & Allison!

My new favorite Panera location!. Got my food quickly during peak lunch hour. Love how this location is designed. It made my dining experience more enjoyable.
