First time customer. Excellent service experience with Adam at Rix. The repair was quicker than expected. Quote was accurate, and they did what was quoted. Price was fair and honest . Adam kept me updated the whole time and communicated clearly and professionally while the work was going on. I will be bringing my future automotive work to Rick and his staff! Thanks, guys

Rick is a great guy and so is his team. Very honest and master techs when it comes to anything Honda especially. He has also done quite a bit of “dealer only” type work on our Infinity (Nissan) too. As a matter of fact, I had that at two other dealerships and couldn’t fix it before Rix Identified the real problem and fixed it. FYI- I do my own general maint and only take my car in for the dealer only kind of stuff and very picky!

Great shop they definitely know their stuff. Very clean and very honest and love how they take detailed pictures of everything. Talked to everyone in there who worked on my tundra quotes are pretty fair and they are great guys. Appreciate the work gentleman will be back for sure. Best shop I’ve been to and very close to my house. Work done so far was timing belt and water pump job and valve cover gaskets for my tundra. Thanks Rick

I started using Rix Automotive a few years ago because I read a great review in a Mason neighborhood magazine. What a great decision! My husband and I now take both cars, a Toyota and an Infinity for all services. Rick is excellent, fair, communicates well, and his entire team is prompt. You can easily schedule an appointment online, drop your key and pick up at your convenience with the outdoor lockbox. The lobby is a comfortable place to work with a fast wireless connection and close to both I-71 and Liberty Way.

This place was wonderful. We have a 7 year-old SUV and had been taking it to the dealership in town. Every trip there was at least $1000, and quite honestly I felt like they try to upsell everything. We decided to try Rix since it is right up the street. They were fast, kept us informed regularly, friendly and probably half the price or less of the dealership. This will be our Go-To car place for the future. I’m so glad we found them!

I had smashed the passenger side mirror (with the camera) on my Honda Odyssey and Rick and Jake were able to replace it in a very timely manner. Rick, Jake, and Adam are all very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am grateful.

Absolutely exceptional service. From the day I called to get brake pads replaced to when I drove my car home was 24 hours! Rick was extremely responsive, sent a detailed assessment of the damage, ordered parts and performed the service quickly and with utmost quality and professionalism. Cannot recommend them more!

I went to RIX for a passenger window repair. At the same time, I mentioned about some oil leaks that I had observed. Next day Rick called ma and said that motor had to be replaced on the passenger side window. I gave the go ahead. But when I looked at the detailed inspection report that he had sent me, I felt that the repair cost would not be worth it and called Rick to stop the order on that part. Even though he had aired ordered, he said he will take of it and did not charge a penny for all the things he did. He is trustworthy and I would definitely recommend him for automotive repairs. He is great to work with!

This was the 1st time I was taking my Lexus to RIX, as my warranty & service agreement with Lexus was now expired. RIX Shop is certified to work on Lexus vehicles.
I was able to schedule a convenient appt with Rick when I called in.
On arrival I was greeted and quickly registered for the maintenance services requested on my car. I then enjoyed a cup of coffee and read my book while waiting, and within an hour I was on my way. The next day I received a follow-up text from RIX asking if there were any concerns or anything else they could do for me.
I’ll be back in soon for my annual service on my Honda S2000 before I make my trip down to the Tail of the Dragon run in June with my son.
