I hired Mark to represent me after I was involved in a serious auto accident. The other party was at fault, yet, I felt the case was not being taken seriously by their insurance company. Excellent Attorney! Mark Smith is extremely knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies. Mark ensured I was well informed and prepared throughout the totality of my case.
