10/10 the best to go/munchie food out there. One of the greatest hole in the wall places ever. Chicken Philly with the loaded waffle fries.

Has to be one of the best veggie subs I've had. Not just hot bread with cold veggies on it, they fully cook the veggies, super flavorful and a generous amount on the sub too. Bread is fresh. Staff was kind as well.

Love this place every time I'm in Cleveland Ohio coming from New York I go to sub city really like the people their hard-working and they try to make sure that your food is right

Fantastic chicken Philly! The fries are also great very well seasoned. I drove past this place for the last year and finally tried it, it's fantastic. Staff was also helpful with the menu and any questions. I'll be back sooner rather than later!

I will be back. It may not be fast, and may need a bit of renovation, but damn if that wasn't one of the best subs I've had.

Ok so like a few months ago I picked up a Doordash order from this place for a customer and my car smelled so good I had to go back.

I seriously can’t type words that do justice to how awesome this food is. I got the steak, chicken, and shrimp bowl on potatoes (it’s an option instead of rice). Service was great, staff was chill and friendly. Portion size was solid for the price. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The potatoes were buttery, the meats had depth to their flavors. They give you a mix of sauces on top and underneath in the meats and veggies that creates this amazing… Cleveland/Philly/city-style? mix of things. You can get a whole different set of full flavors depending on where you take a bite from. Sweet, creamy, tangy, garlic, butter, meaty. There’s zero excess sauce or oil sitting at the bottom, nothing felt greasy or overdone or anything. Like, you almost never see places like this serving hearty, layered food with multiple sauces and seasonings get the portioning and texture right with EVERYTHING. Sub City does.

Went there today for takeout for the 1st time and the subs we ordered were amazing. I highly recommend stopping here if in the area! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Ate here for the first time last night, take out. Wraps were great, fresh, quality ingredients. And the fries were excellent. Counter girl was friendly and helpful. We will be going back, and recommend Sub City.
Sure has gone down hill since that review. Person who answered the phone hung up on me. Counter person wouldn't give me the time day. Waited for my order for 30 min. Everyone walked out of the kitchen for a break, but didn't finish my order. Ordering online the prices are much higher. I guess I have to find a new favorite neighborhood take out.

Always get great service from Briuanna, food is great and I'm there almost every Wednesday for the wings.

Love this place!! Food is great so far I've order a chicken philly, wings are amazing, cooked just right flavorful. Veggie wrap was good. I do recommend ordering ahead for pick up.

I always get the wings or the city fries. I haven't had anything that was bad yet. Always fresh, sometimes it's a little wait so I preorder online. No complaints tho.

The food was very good the fries were just the way I like them the service was good the store was clean. I don't have picture 😆 I started eating forgot about picture it was very good.
