I have purchased food there three times, each time the food has been very good. The food was hot tempwise, spicy when ordered that way and ready to pick up extremely quick.
The lady that answers the phone has always been quite pleasant and willing to listen to special orders.
When picking up my orders the young man that has waited on me each time is extremely pleasant and chatty.
I was really excited to learn that they also have delivery.

Genral Tso's was nicely cooked and not over spiced. Egg Foo Yung was PERFECT. Absolutely DELICIOUS..and they DELIVER. Price was nice and customer service over the phone AND in person by the driver was quick and OUTSTANDING...

They even put a piece of cardboard in the bottom the bag to maintain its integrity. I am rocked by Wok Wok.

The Mongolian Beef is absolutely amazing. I tried several places on the West side and WokWok Kitchens is the best by far! I will definitely be ordering again very soon 😋

Best Prices and really good take out! We really like this place and the food is always really good.

This place consistantly delivers great food and value. I have been eating here for 5 years and think it's better than the other options in the area. It's a no frills establishment, I've seen other reviews say they think it's dirty, that's not true. It's clean, the inside just isn't brand new looking, and that helps them keep prices down. I really respect the family that runs this establishment and I'm glad they serve our community.
I recently tried golden chopsticks because wok wok kitchen is closed on Mondays. I was so disappointed with the meal from golden chopsticks that I had to get food from here the next day.
Recently I tried their house soup. Its so good it brings me back week after week (sometimes more than once a week). So if you want something to warm you up this winter or to perk you up if you're under the weather try that. (I recommend the large size)

Funny story about this place: My boyfriend and I decided to get Chinese the first night we lived in Columbus. We spent forever looking for a good place and then drove all over to check them out. Each one was more disappointing than the last. So finally, I decided to give up and go home, when I spotted this place and just pulled in on a whim. I didn’t care about the reviews or anything. I only stopped because it was literally right around the corner from our apartment complex and I REALLY wanted to salvage the night. And let me tell you it was seriously the best Chinese food I’ve ever had in my entire life! There aren’t words to describe how absolutely incredible their food is. We actually moved to Cleveland this past November and there is NOTHING we miss more than this place. I have never found a place as good as this or as reasonably priced. Plus the staff is absolutely excellent. Like I said we moved more than 6 months ago and I STILL think about their orange chicken and fried rice. I’ve even had dreams about it - it’s that good. So if you’re in the area please do me a favor and GET WOK WOK! I promise you, you won’t regret it.

This place was great! We ordered 3 meals and have enough leftovers for at least 3 more meals. 😅 Took about an hour for delivery (which they gave us as an estimate so I wasn't surprised), but it was worth it! Everything was packaged nicely, nothing leaked. Eggrolls were perfectly crispy but not over done. I highly recommend this for delivery Chinese takeout.

THE ORANGE CHICKEN IS SO GOOD I 100% RECOMMEND THE ORANGE CHICKEN EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS SO GOOD

I can honestly say out of all the Chinese restaurants in the Columbus and Galloway locations Wok Wok is definitely the most sanitary ,friendly ,outgoing place I've ever worked at. They are very clean and take pride in their food.They treat all of their employees as family and it is a very friendly working environment!

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant by far I love the portions I love the prices and I love the people that work there I've been going here for many years everybody should try it at least once the happy family is my recommendation now

I been goin here sins I was 15 I'm 26 and they have only ever messed up one time of me when they had my chicken a lil under cooked but other then that I told them they replaced my meal and let me keep the old one so I mean I think they are the best on the west and definitely best prices delivery I only had once it was bit of a wait but they said it would be like 45 mins and it was about that so not really bad but I always go in cause i live close definitely recommend teriyaki chicken with fried rice and fried chicken wings on the side 🍗🥡💯

Don't listen to the negative reviews.... By far the BEST affordable Chinese takeout I can find and I have tried A LOT of places.

The delivery was quick, the food was hot, and the portions were generous. I was particularly pleased with the combination fried rice.

I've been eating at Wok Wok Kitchen for years. No other Chinese food place has really measured up. Food is always up to quality, and very timely.

I love wok wok,I have tried several other Chinese restaurant and keep coming back to wok wok the portions are worth the money you pay and they always pass the health inspections,once a restaurant gets flagged I don't go back there are several Chinese restaurant in Columbus that have several violations.
