Cherry Hill/Creekside Apartments

My fiancé and I moved here back in March. I absolutely LOVE our apartment. It's relatively quiet, but the neighbors are nice. Our apartment has a good amount of space, and the balcony is definitely a 10. The landlords are extremely helpful and willing to work with us when we were struggling to get our pet deposits paid. We plan on staying here as long as we can.!!!

I've been living in a 2 bedroom garden apartment for almost a year now. It has plenty of space, the office staff and maintenance people are very nice. It's relatively quite and feels safe.

I currently live here and have a had no problems (have been here since the beginning of november) office ladies are very nice and helpful, maintenance is fast, neighbors are either friendly or keep to themselves. Also it's just the beginning of spring but the landscape crew has already made the place look very nice! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to live, seasoned staff and great maintenance.

Been here 8 months. Very clean, quiet and the office staff is very nice. The maintenance guys are on top of things. I recommended this place to my friends looking to move. Other than the nosey old neighbor, I have no issues.

I know that sometimes when you do not get approved you want to put low rankings on here but if you check the facebook reviews you will see what the resident who live here really think. I have seen reviews that i don't think is this community also. If you go to the office and tour the property you will see how amazing this place is. Reviews can be posted by angry people who didn't qualify or was evicted go there and form your own opinion

Its a wonderful place, fast service maintenance, quiet, like any place you'll have issues here and there but office staff is quick to resolve issues. Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall I like this place a lot. Nice space, well heated and cooled. Clean. Neighborhood is friendly. 5 stars. I reference this place often. Good luck!

This place is amazing!!! Some of these reviews might be for a different Creekside. If you don't qualify you don't qualify! !! Look at the reviews on Facebook from residents.

We live here and are very happy. Staff are friendly,and maintenance response is fast.

Nice place to live good nice neighbors good price too

I've lived in Creekside Townhomes for a year now. It is really great and the rent is amazing. Maintenance is very polite and try to get anything fixed as fast as they can. Most of the people who live in this area are very nice. Many keep to themselves. We do have one neighbor who is rude and seems to be unaware that when he and his friends are outside and yelling people beside him can hear him. During the winter everyone is very helpful. If you need help moving your car, shoveling your parking space, etc they will help. Of course, maintenance comes though to do this but sometimes you will get home before they have a chance to clear it.

I leased a 2 bdrm townhouse for a year. Here's what you need to know. For the most part, the office staff is very friendly and helpful to work with. Just follow the guidelines of your lease and you will be fine. The community and property are well taken care of and maintained to very well manicured standards. Parking is just OK. You will have one assigned spot for one car and any spot that is not assigned is first come, first served as is stated in the lease agreement. However, this is not always the case. I just happened to own 3 vehicles and I tried following the rules as stated in the lease, parking one vehicle in the assigned space and the other two in the first come, first served spaces. Some neighbors complained that my vehicles were not moving out of the unassigned spaces and I received harsh-toned letters from the office explaining how they received multiple complaints that I was violating the parking rules. I was then told verbally that my vehicles in the two unassigned spaces needed to move every 24hrs to be in compliance. I reread the parking section of my lease and nowhere in writing did it have those words. I was never towed but i was threatened with it many times. If that happens to you, just firmly remind the office that you are in compliance to the letter of your lease agreement and that if any further action is threatened, that you will file a harassment claim with the housing authority of Franklin County. That should take care of any parking issues you might have.

If you decide to lease a townhouse from Creekside, my advice to you is just be prepared to read bitchy letters from the office if your neighbors want to be petty and complain. Otherwise, it's a nice townhouse with great maintenance.

I give it 2 stars because for the price in Columbus you do get a good amount of space. Also it was relatively quiet and safe and we had the nicest neighbors. However, living here was frustrating at best. The townhome we lived in had silverfish in it the entire 3 years we were there. We told them multiple times and it was never resolved. One time they did spray outside for them, but it did not improve the situation at all. The management was petty and would leave us threatening notes saying they were going to evict us for things we didn't even do. This happened more than once. One time around Christmas we were locked out of our apartment. We called the emergency line and left multiple messages. We were never called back. We called a locksmith who WE PAID and had to break the lock and put a new lock on. When they discovered the new lock MONTHS LATER they tried to charge us to put the old lock(which we kept) back on. In the end they did it for free but only after my husband called and spoke to them about it firmly. Also to note- they could still enter the place as it had 2 doors and the other door still had their locks on it. Maintenance was super nice but they would take days to fix things and sometimes had to be called to come back and re fix things multiple times. Two burners on my stove didn't work for months despite the fact that 3 times someone had come out to fix them. Honestly I'm so confused as to how this place runs in this manner. Edit: I am unable to comment back. But I did live here. I lived at 5347 cherry creek pkwy N under my married name. I made this account prior to being married.

I haven't lived here, so I cant speak on behalf of the units. However I am looking to move to the area and just based on how unprofessional the office is with responding to the reviews I can tell that this place would be a nightmare. Make sure you read the responses rom the office guys!!! It speaks volumes!!!

DO NOT rent here!! Place dirty and bug infested ( no wonder they won’t show you until after you pay and sign) BUT the worse part is the management. Those women at the office are super RUDE inconsiderate and plain crazy! Don’t let the price fool you! You will regret it

At first the leasing people seemed very kind on me starting a application for my father, we’ve lived in apartments our whole lives and using bank statements have never once been a issue, until they said they don’t use them, which I don’t see why not self employed people use them everywhere to proof income, I would know that I work at a car dealership… but anyway it was fine, they asked for other documents to proof his income which was fine, until they asked to see his personal account. That right there was extremely fishy because you just told me you do not use bank statements to proof income, so why on earth do you want to see his personal account… hmmmm. Then I kindly asked them if the apartment was still available so that I could send the extra information over because it’s information that I don’t want to be sending all Willy nilly to just anyone and they told me yes, after I send over the extra paper work they tell me sorry but the apartment has been taken! You can be on the waiting list though :))) Never will apply for a apartment here again.

The years I lived here I was always a victim of verbal abuse from Dana whenever I would call the office or go in to pay my rent. It got to the point where I had anxiety to even call. Other than her and the centipedes we have had here it wasn't too bad. I wouldn't recommend living here if you have a good heart and do not like being treated less than human.

Constant leaks, mold, fleas and unprofessional staff including the office AND maintenance. Dont live here unless you want to be miserable and harrassed by the office.

Edit: they did not fix or even have the mold looked at. They simply came and PAINTED over the brown stains. This place is disgusting and NOT up to code.
