Abbington Village

They deserve more than 5 start for the service I received from them. This is one of the most affordable and safe place to live. The apartment are very nice and spacious. The maintenance team are very good and handle any maintenance Needs as soon as they can. Jasmine in the office is very good at her job. She answered every questions asked and handle any problem you’re facing as fast as she can. She’s very respectful. the neighborhood is very family oriented. My time here was nothing but positive energy. I didn’t wanted to move but I needed a bigger space for my daughter and I. If they had a basement I definitely would have stay there. You will not regret living here at all. It’s a very safe environment. I enjoyed being a resident at Abbington Village.

I have lived in this safe and peaceful community for about 6 years now. I love the tall pine trees, peaceful walks at night and sunset views in various locations throughout the community. Kittie is a great property manager. She sees me as a person and not as a rental unit like other places I've lived. I do not plan on relocating anytime soon.

I've lived here for a few years now The rent is priced decent for the area. The inside of our apartment is open and seems bigger because of our high ceilings which we absolutely love. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner. I also love how friendly the staff is. And to end the review great school district. Definitely worth checking out

Placed a request for service on my a/c unit and dishwasher. Kitty sent German and Jose over to take care of it and everything works great. They showed up within 24 hours to fix the items for me. Great Job!

These apartments have came a long way since I lived here. I spoke to the manager the other day about moving back. Kathryn is by far the best manager I have seen at these apartments and hopefully she is still there when I move back. Hopefully the parking lot will be fixed soon.

My mother has live on this property a couple years and the new office staff are very helpful. The manager Kathryn was so helpful when my mother needed a handicap sign, she had the sign install the same day. If I didn't own my I would probably live hete!

This will be my fourth year living here, and have always been happy here!!! I've ran into some hiccups along the way, which you always will living anywhere, but things are always taken care of promptly!!! Its honestly been great living here. I do have to give a shout-out to Kitty. She's an amazing office manager and cares about her tenants. She has listened to me complain and fixed those complaints, she has helped me fix things no one else would. She's been amazing and I'm truly appreciative for that. Getting ready to sign another lease and excited to see the great changes!!

Abbington Village is a very nice place to live. The apartments are spacious and the property well kept. The manager Kathryn is always very helpful when ever I have had anything come up!

I am a local vendor( roofing ) have met Kathryn a few times and have been dealing w her on replacing roofs at abbington village apartments.. she is very friendly , communicates and keeps me in the loop w the process going on at her community . Beztak is very lucky to have a property manager like her that cares about people she doesn’t even know , and cares about the up keep of her property at Abbington village .. she definitely takes her job serious and you should be very happy you have someone in charge like her.

I am planning on moving here next month and Kathryn is amazing property manager. She is cery knowledgeable and personable as well. She will definitely be the reason for me moving here

Great apartments to live in! Been here for about 3 years. Great location. Never had any crimes around or any issues. Maintenance are always on top of it. Property is always well token care of. The new people in the office are extremely helpful, nice, and friendly people. Great walk in closest, high ceilings are just beautiful, personal garage washer and dryers in the apartments are super handy.

Went to the office to help my son get info about moving in (my niece lives here) and the new staff are so professional. Kitty the manager and the new leasing agent (forgot her name) are sooo sweet and I can tell the manager cares about this property. My son will definitely apply for an apartment this coming year.

The maintenance team is amazing. Had an emergency issue and they were here within 15 minutes. They were quick and fixed the issue . They explained how to fix the issue in the future.

Abbington Villiage apartments are great apartments! This is one the the choices I had for my first apartment. I absolutely love them! Leasing agent people are extremely nice and super understanding. Maintenance people are always going above and beyond to make sure they get to you the same day you put in work orders. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! Neighborhood is really quiet. The manager Kitty is super helpful and VERY PROFESSIONAL. I'm not ready to move just yet but now I wish I was. I overheard her talking to other people while I was waiting my turn and everyone left her office with a smile. Too bad we don't have more people like her in this world.

I came in to see about getting a 2 bedroom apartment and the property manager Kat was very helpful. She walked me through all the steps and told me exactly what I would need. Even though it was very busy she stayed focused and answered all of my questions. Much appreciated!

Ever since i moved into Abbington Village my family loves it. Its a very friendly and quiet environment. Maintenance is great and the manager Gina is excellent! She is always there for anything we need, very understanding and kind. Very proud we picked Abbington village as our home!

I really love this apartment, only reason I would leave is the school district. I feel safe and I love my neighbors. It is very quiet.The maintenance team is amazing, I've been living here for almost 3 years and every time I need something fixed it is usually done if not the same day the next day. The office staff is very friendly. The grounds are kept clean and snow is removed, they even remove it from your walkways. They have a landscaping crew. They do have security on the property in the evening and it is gated, but honestly sometimes it don't work, because someone has crashed into it, but they are good at getting it fixed. Like any apartment complex you do have car break ins. Bonus you get a garage and a washer and dryer in the unit that is included in the rent.

I am so glad we got ppl in the office that know what they are doing. Kitty and jasmin are professional and make sure things get done. Finally can give a 5 star. Great job ladies. Maintenance is finally getting better too. Thanks to Kitty!!
