Tacos Aijado Catering - Taco Truck

This is one of my favorite tacos trucks all across the south west- these guys are special. They have a good selection of carne, and each one is prepared well. All the carne is perfect, seasoned and prepared well. Plus, they grill the 2 tortilla's and they are confident in their salsa enough to throw a splattering of it on the taco KNOWING that it's a good match. It's great! Asada, Carnitas, Adobada, and Chorizo (if you hit them towards the end of the day they might be out of that) are all delicious. If I'm driving from anywhere to anywhere on Highway 99, I'm going to swing by this truck.

They don't do sauce on the side...other than that remarkable. The sauce is a habenero sauce and amazing and spicy. The chicken tacos are unique but the carnitas and asada are also devine. The burrito is one of a kind. ... conveniently just off of the highway.

Definitely one of my top favorite taco trucks, sad that they don't operate in the Dillard store anymore but their taco truck still delivers some of the best chicken tacos around in my opinion don't know how they do it but there super flavorful and always cooked to perfection! The service is always great and the my orders never seem to take very long! Worth checking out for anyone who hasn't been there yet!

These are REAL street tacos and they are so good we drive from Sacramento to get our taco fix. The roasted jalapeño is like the cherry on top.

The Super Burrito with a fair price at $7 and was very large. It came with grilled jalapeno and some good salsa. Good value for the money.

Excellent food. Such a better alternative than a chain fast food restaurant.

Absolutely love love love this place, or taco truck. I usually don't trust taco trucks they are what they are. And with the new food truck craze is going on has absolutely nothing to do with me coming back consistently and always to this particular taco truck. The food and service is amazing and they always remember who you are. Do yourself a favor next time you're going through Galt pull off on the Twin Cities and get you a great taco

The Carne Asada tacos are awesome. Perfect flavor ratios, hot off the grill. I'm upset that I only got 3 tacos, but I was in a rush. next time, 5 or more.

This is by far the best taco truck around we have been driving to it from Lodi or further for years. My kids have all grown up on this truck. We use to drive here all the time just to meet my husband who is a truck driver for lunch. Thanks guys great job every time highly recommend to everyone 👍

I've been stopping there for their $7.00 super burritos for a couple of years now and I've yet to finish one. The tacos and the duper burrio are absolutely amazing, the seasoning is excellent, highly recommended, do yourself a flavour and check him out!!!!!! Great food!!!!!!

Excellent flavor one of the best on the area

Best tacos in Sacramento area. Meat is well seasoned, salsa has nice heat, and the roasted jalapeno is a nice touch.

ADDICTIVE. I keep coming back for more.

I ordered a carne asada burrito here. All of the ingredients are very fresh and tasty, and they come together to form the most delicious burrito I have ever had. That, along with a Mexican Coke (with the real sugar) is the best meal, at a pretty cheap price too (burritos are only $6).

Everyone should try this place out!

This is the taco truck to stop at. The marinate on the carne asada is so flavorful and juicy. The super asada burrito is the best around. A must stop if your on highway 99. You wont find a better spot to stop. Always has customers but food comes out timely. **TIP ASK FOR THE GRILLED JALEPENOS.

I love these guys. I always stop in and eat here. Food is really good, price is great and I have always gotten enough to eat for under $10.00. let's just remember to use the trash can.

!!the burritos are huge but the flavors of the meats the way they do them are just absolutely delicious and the rice is perfect and it's always the same

This is my favorite place when I come back home from college and is by far best taco truck in all of Sacramento and most likely all of California. The salsa is amazing and just right. The carne asada burrito is my favorite and one that I would recommend with a chile asado (roasted pepper). Other taco trucks will sell you a burrito with too much beans or with too much rice, not this place. The portions are just right.

Every time I drive by this place on Highway 99 and if they have room to park my truck I'm stopping this is the best Adobada burritos ever, I haven't had the pleasure of tasting anything else because I love their adobada burrito so much, but I'm suspecting everything is good here very good food.

They have great street tacos and good prices. The burritos are also delicious but very big

The BEST chicken tacos!!! Taco trucks can be a bit of a gamble...this one is not! Consistently quick service, fresh ingredients and beyond tasty!! Very impressed!
