Tech is not my forte and Alex was very knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend this young man and the Verizon store on Twin Cities Rd in Galt, Ca.

Everyone seemed to love they're job there and they all worked together so well. Great customer service, Mackenzie even had to deal with my 4year old daughter on our visit. Definitely recommend stopping by just to meet the staff if you have or need anything they are happy to help.

It was my second purchase in less than a week. First, I ungraded my iPhone followed by an iPad upgrade. The staff were extremely attentive to helping me accomplish my upgrades. I am definitely technologically challenged as a factor of being over 65! They were all very patient and kind.

The employees are very nice. Expect for the females. One is very boring and too alpha. 🙄 has no personality

Admittedly, I came into Verizon with a chip on my shoulder about something and it turned out in the end that I was wrong and I just misunderstood some things in regards to my account.

Even when I let my frustration effect Phylicia, she stayed cool and defused the situation. I was out of line and she was still very helpful and understanding, despite my demeanor. Respect.

Amazing customer service! Perdo, Jason, Juan were amazingly helpful with getting me a new phone that fits my needs multiple times. All the employees in the shop are extremely knowledgeable of there products and made the process enjoyable and comfortable. Special thanks to the manager Pedro for working hours with me helping me decide what phone would fit my every need. Truly and amazing experience and I love everyone that I have had the pleasure of being helped by.

Happens every time I go in for a new screen protector and charger and find some of the best deals on Apple products and any electronics that I’ve had my eye on. Also the staff (Curtis and Phylicia)at this location were awesome and gave me all the help I needed So it’s a no-brainer to make a purchase based on the price point and service at this location thank you very much I’ll be back

Went in this place and the girl that helped me was great i think her name was phylicia i think thats how you spell it and her co worker sarah there where both damn good but JESUS CHRIST WHO THE HELL CONTROLS THE HEAT IN THIS PLACE i felt like i was in a sauna the whole time ....get that stuff together thats a shame

Everyone inside the store was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure all of our questions were answered. I HIGHLY recommend you stop by but if they’re busy and you have to come back don’t be upset. They were short staffed and were doing their best!

Jayce and Olivia were super nice. Jayce made sure everything was transparent, and I had no surprises on my next bill. The process took a while, so im glad they were so great to talk to!

Great customer service! Fast and friendly! Had the phones I wanted sent in right away, got me set up in a few min and I was on my way! No need to go to Elk Grove or Lodi anymore with a great place like this in Galt.
