Excellent and well maintained location! Well staffed with efficient and polite staff. Special shout outs to Angela and Noah. They were both helpful and friendly, even with us coming in late. This location sets the bar high for your fast food experience.

They have a sign posted regarding the use of the restroom facilities that stated for customers only. Kindness extended to my Son who really needed to use the restroom 😊. He did purchase a drink 🤙👍🌺

I came in and ordered 22 happy meals for my sons soccer team and Roberto and Rafael were so helpful and provided great customer service! Thank you both so much! Two very good employees.

Probably the better of most McDonald's..but the staff is nice and always prompt.

Always great service! I was given the wrong meal and when I came back to return it they quickly apologized and fixed it. They always have a smile on their face and are friendly.

We haven't had McDonald's for at least 6 months. We have eaten at this one a few times over the years. We're not local so it is just when passing through. Every time we have been here, the food has been really good.

We were on our way home late and decided to make a quick stop. The staff was friendly and as usual the food was great . The funny part was that we had the usual conversation that goes something like this... "hey babe, where would you like to eat?" ME: "I don't care, sweetie. I'm really not that picky so whatever sounds good to you! " SWEETIE: "Ok let me think about it."

20 MINUTES LATER... ME: Hey sweetie, how about McDonald's? SWEETIE: "that's what I was thinking! " ME: "the one in Galt?" SWEETIE: Yep!

There are two locations in Galt but this one is my favorite.. better service, better staff and better atmosphere 👌

This is a very nice McDonald's and the play place it's super nice. It is made out of soft material and the babies can play and not get harmed. The staff is helpful and friendly. We've been there twice this week to spend some play time because the weather does not allow us to go to the parks so this place is great to take kids to play.

I visit a lot of McDonald’s in my line of work. I like this McDonald’s when I’m in the golf area. The service is fast the restaurant is large and clean bathrooms are clean food is delicious personnel are friendly and helpful

Inside service is ridiculously slow therefore I simply quit going to this McDonald's

Definitely by far my favorite McDonald's especially since the staff is always in a great mood and extremely helpful not to mention the food is actually served fresh and hot cooked to order like it should be 💯

This is a review for the morning crew on August 10, 2021 at 6AM. In the drive thru, the cashier had super nice customer service! I didn’t get her name, but she was amazingly sweet. I always come here in the morning and the morning crew are always kind, but this day particularly made me want to leave a review. Thank you for being kind with me even when I forgot my order.

My favorite McDonald's in the central valley. Fast service and excellent customer service!

When we arrived this morning, their order system had just restarted and was displaying things out of sync. The team worked their BUTTS off to keep up with the Saturday morning rush in the drive thru while still maintaining the inside front counter.

They did a fantastic job and hustled like mad! Looked like very order came out exactly as ordered, and the short-staffed team rushed to get everything out. I appreciate the effort and wish I could give them an extra star today.

The manager at Pine Street McDonald’s was very good at what she does. She helped me out exchanging my food from the other McDonald’s in Galt. She had her crew make me a fresh bid breakfast. Then also returned my money back. She understood my situation and was a friendly public store manager. I love her. Great service 👍🏽👊🏽❤😇🙏😘

My husband and I went into McDonald's on 7/7/2021 our experience was great and a blessing. Candy went above and beyond for our 2 year old son. We cannot thank her enough for her effort and kindness. God bless you.

I use the order ahead pull up and they bring my food out within 5 min. Good service

Most frequent lunch location for me. The staff here is nice. And they always have room to sit. I miss those seasonal pies though. Good variety but can't go wrong with the 20 piece nuggets for $5.00
