Broken part in middle of a 300 mile drive. Parts in stock, helpful & friendly over the phone. Clean, organized and well stocked store. All tools in stock/great condition; assisted with the right loaner tools to get the job done! Jeramy & Andrew are 100% hands down the best. Great experience.

So far in the five years I have been going here I have yet to have a problem other than sometime between the phones being busy and the other workers management of the mostly shorter lines than long there can be a slight wait. Apart from that I always get courteous help and spot on answers or suggestions that support a solution to my problem or minimaley options to choose from! The parts so far have always fit and I leave with more knowledge than I went in with every time!

If you have any problems with your vehicle this is the place that has the parts you need, if not, the following afternoon they will 👍

Great place great service. I live closer to the Lodi area I had ordered some parts from the Lodi Ave O'Reilly's and had went to pick them up and after I paid for them with cash I went to the shop where I was having the work done to my car. The owner told me that they were incomplete so he ordered the parts I needed with his business account he has with O'Reilly's and told me to return the parts and get my money back so I can just pay him after the work was done along with the labor cost and all. I went to get my refund and they refused to give me back my cash refund even thou I had just payed a hour or so before. So I was upset because that isn't right I do have a right to my refund. So I called the Galt O'Reilly's and spoke with Caleb and asked if they can help me with my refund and he said come in and they will see what they can do. I got there and the assistant manager Fernando was able to help me and give me my full refund. So I just want to say thank you to both employees for great service. I'll definitely go here from now on instead of the Lodi O'Reilly's.

I won't bother going elsewhere.

Had what I needed in stock. Nice to see both men and women working together. Today Nelly ran my codes was knowledgeable as well as happy an friendly. She hit the nail on the head with her diagnosis. Great employee and great staff there in general - thanks again for honoring veterans also.

I was just in this store and helped by Amanda. She was so pleasant and so
helpful! Although they didn't have the battery I was going to purchase in
stock, she so graciously went out to my car and cleaned up the corrosion off of
my battery and made sure I was good to go! Thank you again Amanda! You
don't find good quality service like this much anymore!

August 30, 2020 - Came to this Store this morning check if I possibly needed to replace the battery in my truck (2017 Dodge Ram 1500) as it was giving me problems. First checked their website to see if they stocked the type of battery I needed, showed they had 2 types in stock.

Went to the store and Spoke with a young gentlemen whose names is Daniel. He double checked their inventory and it matched what I found. He also offered that they do a Battery test check and Alternator check if needed... went out to my truck he tested the battery first which it did show bad battery, he said he could replace it for me would only take about 15 minutes to install the new one.

Low and behold it took just about that amount of time. Very polite, friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Checked to see if it would start, which it did. thanked him and away I went. Thank you O'Reilly's and thank you Daniel for your help
