My mail lady is great to me always on time never late

had an issue with a package that had been sent with the wrong zip code. James King was SO helpful, did everything he could to help, and the package made it to the intended recipient. thank you so much!! <3

I've been on hold for an hour or longer and I've talked to 2 different people briefly to be asked to hold, all I want to ask about is my mail and I can't get any further than please hold person #4 and I'm still on hold//// update after speaking to my mail carrier I have learned to respect her decision on why she chose to hold my mail and I would like to thank her for her concerns and protective way of thinking: due to the heavy traffic that use to occupy my mailbox she has cleared up every mistake and I would also like to say thank you to hold on and please hold and your still on hold hold on because even though I was on hold for longer than an hour I never spoke to anyone with a bad attitude,,,, thank you for all of your help. I try to present myself courteous first, try to say something to make them laugh, then present my case. This has worked for me each time with positive results
