Always get me in and out, never any problems!

I've been to this office and Dr Russ twice. Both times, had to wait the norm, and fill out the paperwork... However, the Dr was professional and took care of my needs. The first visit guided me to more invasive treatment at the Kettering office to get what is called a "mose" procedure. Took some time but fixed my issue without complication.
The second visit required a simple spray of Nitro to freeze the "spot". It scabbed and fell off (just like the doc said it would). Healed perfectly.
I'm going back later this month to get another little spot looked at. No reason I shouldn't expect the same results.

Minimal time with patient, curt, and does not listen or explain options. Detail could be provided about our experience and will summarize - there is a reason this doctor’s Google ratings are not good.

I waited 45 minutes in the lobby before I was called back. I filled out paperwork and then the nurse asked me the same questions that I just answered on the paperwork for the computer. The dr was in there for not even 3 min. I was only going in for a skin check and he was NOT very thorough at all. He didn't even check in different places like most drs do. He was in such a rush. I just received the bill and it is ridiculous how much he charged when he did a quick once over. I would never recommend this practice or dr again.

Does not take Medicaid as they claim.
