I just want to thank El Portal Dental Group Dr.Nguyen, Trang and staff for being welcoming, caring and beyond helpful!! I came in with the worst ever toothache infection for days. They were able to get me on antibiotics and pain medication fast and immediately my swelling and pain started to go away!! I highly recommend anyone who wants a dental group who attends to pretty much all needs with care and understanding to choose El Portal Dental Group.

My experience at El Portal Dental Group was excellent. From the first time I went there for a consultation to surgery. Dr Gill, Dr Davis, and Cindy where outstanding. Dr Gill made me feel very comfortable and walked me through every step of the procedure. Cindy also made me feel very comfortable with her friendly personality and bubbly outlook on life. Even for follow-up appointments, Dr Gill made me feel comfortable all the questions I had and even follow up questions. I recommend this Dental Group to anyone who is seeking expert, excellent customer service, and genuine excellence

High kudos to El Portal Dental Group for taking such care with me. No waiting. This is my third, regular cleaning for the year, after a deep cleaning (so, four appointments). No pain, though I was terrified.

I have a complicated root canal with Dr Lu Tian today at El Portal Dental Group. I have good experience with Dr Tian. She is excellent dentist and beyond my expectations. The procedure was painless and comfortable than the one I had 20 years ago in San Francisco with endodontist was hurt and painful. Thank you so much Dr Tian! See you soon for the crown appointment! All the staff at El Portal Dental Group are wonderful as well!! THANK YOU ALL!!

El Portal Dental Group is amazing! I have a lot of dental anxiety due to previous experiences at other clinics and Katie, Dr. Gill, Lorena and Judy listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. I went in with 9/10 anxiety and came out feeling heard and relaxed. Thanks to them I'm now on a cleaning plan and taking better care of my health because I have so much less fear about going to the dentist. Thank you all for the work you do!

Ive had an excellent experience since the first day i got my braces.. highly recommend! fast, friendly and personal from always walking in to a warm greet from Jade.. to making my appointments easily with Crystal who always works with my schedule and to always receiving exceptional work from Ashley who also see’s me when needed in between my appointments. All three always friendly and caring. Dr. Nguyen is amazing, I’m very happy with the progress to get me the smile I’ve always wanted!

My husband had a cleaning today and was very satisfied with the entire staff. We have been patients there for over 8 years and have always had excellent care. We have had wisdom tooth extractions, crowns, implants and braces. All experiences have been great. Thank you El Portal Dental for your great service and friendly staff.

This dental group is amazing! Daniel was courteous, polite, personable, and professional! It was the most extensive exam I have ever had. Dr. Nguyen was also wonderful. He thoroughly explained everything and made me feel comfortable. What a great team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.. a very positive experience for my first visit. Thank you!

They are friendly and helpful. The Group are all AWESOME!! If there is an issue they work with the patients to insure success. They constantly send reminders so you do not miss your appointment--and in this day-and-age our lives get so busy it is so helpful to get reminders. Rather than list all names here and forget someone; let's just say I have only been very pleased with each person I have had interactions and contact with at the Dental Group. THANK YOU for being such a great staff to work with!!!!!

I have to say El Portal Dental Group is both efficient and friendly. From the receptionist to the dentist I saw, all were friendly and answered any and all my questions. They explain what needs to happen. I was very impressed. Glad I found them. I had my cleaning appointment done and my hygienist Francis was wonderful! It took a while and he always made sure I was comfortable or if I needed a break. Thank you Francis. And I cannot say enough good things about Melissa. She is up front and what a fantastic receptionist she is. I had some issues getting paperwork to them and she helped all through. Thank you so much Melissa! As I said above, this dental office is wonderful. They are friendly, know their stuff, work with you and we the clients are made sure we are comfortable and know what is coming at us. This was the quickest, most gentle teeth cleaning appointment I've ever had. It started exactly on time - no wait time at all, which is a big deal for me. Jenny did my teeth cleaning and I'm so glad she did because she was friendly and very gentle. We were even able to have a brief conversation during the cleaning which was refreshing! Judy did my x-rays and was also very kind. They were both really good at not making me feel like just a number but an actual patient. Overall, a great experience!

After the cleaning, I was taken into an office to discuss a treatment plan which really just translated to scheduling and pre-paying for my next appointments. I'm ok with pre-paying for my follow-ups but that whole setup should feel less like a timeshare presentation or debt collector call. Lorena was super nice and helpful though! In hindsight, the office setup is ok because financial conversations don't always go over smoothly and best held in private.

Bottom line: I'd recommend El Portal Dental Group to all my friends and family.

It was my first time going there yesterday. I was in a lot of pain and they were able to get me in the same day! The staff is VERY nice and dentist was very gentle handling the tooth in pain. It was the nicest dental office I have ever been to and the staff really is amazing. They handled every aspect of my visit with professionalism, kindness, and care. I would recommend choosing them for all your dental needs!

I was VERY Impressed with the service I received! The Receptionist & Dental Assistant were very courteous and professional. The Waiting room was clean and “Calm”.

Dr. Nguyen was Outstanding. He gave the most thorough exam that I have ever had. Taking time to explain what he found and what I need to do.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nguyen and his team for over 10 years now. I’ve been there since his office was small. Excellent place to get your teeth cleaned and any other dental work. Always courteous and professional. Although I’ve only been seen by Dr. Nguyen once or twice at the beginning, and then by other dentists thereafter, I still see him in the office seeing other patients when I come in for my annual cleanings. That tells me that he is around and visible in his own practice.

For dental work other than (regular cleanings) they review your bill and payment(s) with you before hand, to make sure you know what you’re paying for and that you agree to the payment(s) before starting any work. Any questions or disputes you have regarding what you’re being charged for can be answered during this time (which is critical) because you haven’t been billed nor has any work been done.

Judy and Ramon have both been my hygienists. They are fantastic. They do an excellent job and are easy and pleasant to talk to.

First Impressions can say a lot about a place and I can honestly say that El Portal Dental Group I have met all of my expectations.
From the moment you come in you are greeted with a smile and the place is incredibly clean, and the beautiful decor is a plus!
The staff are well organized making the waiting time short. And Dr Song and his assistant Genesis are awesome! They were able to identify the problem quickly. He recommended several options to approach it and best part was the consultation at the end of my visit, where I was able to sit down to discuss questions and prices of my treatments.
Overall great dental office, I highly recommend them!

I always have a great experience whenever I come to this dentist office. Everyone here is very friendly and quick to assist you in what you need. My last experience, I was quickly helped by Sara who told me the basics of what was going to happen. My cleaning was done by Judy. She’s super sweet and she’s very good at what she does while communicating to patients about what she’s doing. Most of my dental work is done by Dr.Song who is quick to get the job done in a timely efficient manner.

I give them 5 stars on my rating. Is by far the best dentist I've been to. It took about a month to get on track with them but I think it was well worth the wait. It is a great place for a family & they will schedule you in when you can get in on a certain date and time. The technology they use is very up-to-date. Great job El portal dental group. 😁 👍

Amazing! The interior of the practice is immaculate. Very tastefully designed and it's very spacious inside--there's even a waterfall in there. The staff was very courteous. High quality equipment and new technology. I really appreciated the short video on the TV in my exam room that introduced me to the dentist and his values. Definitely a unique experience and I really liked it. :)

The doctor and the assistants were amazing. I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth taken out and any questions I had they gladly answered. The assistant and the doctor talked to me throughout the entire procedure asking me if I was okay and letting me know when I'd feel more pressure, getting me ready to have my actual tooth taken out.. I would definitely recommend El Portal Dental Group to anyone looking for a great dentist and genuinely nice people to help them!

El portal dental group is a good place for treatment teeth when I came there,I felt comfort and not nervous because I was treated by the good doctors.
1/ The doctor who has much experience and knowledge for treatment.
2/ In process, they will explain the steps ,they will do so that I am not nervous and feel comfortable. The doctor is so nice.
3/ The instruments are new,office are very neat.Workers are polite I choose right place for treatment.
