Literally just left and the person I just dealt with was AMAZING! Such a simple task I had to do but she was helpful and professional! I didn’t get her name but it was on 11/14/2023 at 10:20. Great customer service!!

Had a man help me today in the store with my Amazon returns. He was very kind and respectful! Reprinted my sticker to ensure it got returned and even wrote down the tracking number for me- after all he did he then apologized for taking up too much time. He’s was absolutely WONDERFUL! And put a smile on my face due to his kindness.

I sent 2 packages to my daughter in California just before Christmas. I spent $150 to insure the packages. 1 of the 2 packages never arrived. I filed a claim as instructed by Jenni the store manager. 4 weeks later UPS denied the claim. I contacted Jenni, she had my file an appeal. The claim was paid on 2.16.

Friendly and efficient staff. The only issue I've ran into is there have been some days when they close early, whether it be staffing issues or what.. it would be nice to have a way to know this ahead of time before driving 15 minutes to send a package and find the doors closed.

I go to this UPS store location several times a month. There is usually not a long line, the store is clean & well organized, the employees are very courteous & friendly, and the store is just overall efficiently run. My returns are always posted immediately, which is so helpful.

So the Troy store's terrific level of service is what I expected when I stopped into a different UPS store in a different town while running errands, where I encountered an employee who never made eye contact with me, seemed surly, and barely spoke. My package wasn't entered into the tracking database for several days either (although this could have been due to the recent holiday). After googling the problematic store in an attempt to determine where in transit my package was, I found it had a very low customer rating. This made me realize that the awesome Troy store deserved a shout-out.

Had an issue with a package return to Amazon and Chris got it all sorted out and fixed for me. Would for sure use this store again!!!!

The young man who helped me with my return tonight was awesome ! I brought the box and shipping label in and he cheerfully attached the label and prepared the box for shipping. He was very friendly and smiled a lot! I really appreciated his positive attitude.

I had to return something to Amazon. They helped me print the return label and were super nice and helpful! They affixed it and sent it, no problem, snd I was out of there in no time! Super helpful!

Always Great Customer service at this UPS,. They are always looking to give you the best available, not to mention they're the cheapest printing prices in town! Thank you again for your wonderful service!
