It’s been a bucket list item of mine to own a purple car, and Michaela helped me accomplish that goal! She was so incredibly knowledgeable about every car on the lot and was fantastic at listening to my wants/needs then showing me vehicles that best fit my parameters. When I didn’t get something the first day, she kept finding inventory she felt I would be interested in. I never would have gotten a Civic Hatchback had she not shown me how much space I could get inside.

I live much closer to another Honda dealership, but the courteous and professional staff of the West County Honda service department is just one of the reasons I decided to switch when it came time to purchase a new vehicle. I had a lot of anxiety after losing my last vehicle in an accident, and salesperson Lisa Schrum helped me get past my fears of driving again. She understood that I wanted to get through the selection and purchasing process as quickly as possible, while making sure that all of my questions were answered.
