The Braeburn Restaurant

Where to start? The place was crowded so had to wait..their wait time texting app was informative and time flew by. The staff was friendly and upbeat. The happy service was timely, for the island, and the meals were outstanding. Our friends opted for lunch and the scrumptious looking Rueben sandwiches...wow, loaded with meat. We decided to try breakfast, wife had "the mash" which was tasty, ample and filling. I wanted to experiment on something unusual...and had "the nasty"...what a treat and so much food. The chicken, yes chicken, was done to perfection, with one of the best and crispiest coatings. The biscuit and sausage gravy were top tier. Oh yes, they served strong, robust, and hot coffee...worth the cost.
This was a very positive experience...and we are going back.

Possibly the best restaurant in the south part of the island. They usually get busy on weekends and don't take reservations, but they took our name and number, and turned out the wait wasn't as bad as they told us. The food is really good and proportions quite generous. The Saratoga, Southwest Skillet, and The Braeburn were delicious. Their fried chicken is as good as they say.

This place is super cute! Right next to a glass studio, and the water glasses show it (they’re gorgeous works of art. The food was delicious! I had the southwest skillet. Someone had pancakes, the eggs Benny, and simple eggs & bacon. Everything was delicious.

I will say it was about an hour for our food to come out, but we had lattes right away.

So charming and cozy!!! we ate here twice for dinner during our stay on the island. The food is delicious, portions are generous, and the staff is all super friendly and welcoming. Excellent cocktails from the bar too, we had 2 variations of a hot spiced apple cider that were amazing ( among several other mescal cocktails). The chef here is young, energetic, talented, and creative. They do everything in house on site. Be prepared to be wowed, my girlfriend and I can't wait to go back. Also, make sure to try the bread pudding for dessert with the caramel sauce, it's hands down the best I've ever had. Can't say enough great things about this place - well done

Ate here for breakfast and we were very happy with our meal. We had the stuffed French toast and the corned beef mash. Both were delicious and good portion sizes. Cute, cozy environment as well.

Cute atmosphere and really delicious food. I can see why it made a lot of best of breakfast lists in Puget Sound. I love that the water cups are blown glass from the place next door and they have an inclusive stance.

This is a GEM!! The food was INCREDIBLE. The service was top notch and the atmosphere is great. HIGHLY recommend visiting when you are in the area. I know we'll be back!

We had dinner here and liked it so much we came back for breakfast.

Fried chicken and meatloaf both very good. Biscuit was disappointing, but the jam it came with was amazing, presumably local berries.

I liked my omelette and my husband loved his eggs bene, which is saying something - he’s particular about this dish.

Call ahead to be added to a wait list. It’s a popular place with good reason. We didn’t and had to wait. We appreciated the system that told us where we were in the line and texted when our table was ready. It allowed us to wander the town and visit art galleries until our table was ready.

Great food, great service.

Get the Braeburn breakfast dish - bacon jam, waffle, goat cheese, maple butter. Just amazing. The Shashouka was really great, too, as was the seared oatmeal. The nicest staff and positive environment. Loved it.

And Langley is just beautiful and special.

Our pre-Christmas breakfast bash found the perfect home at Braeburn. The vibe was fantastic, the staff top-notch, and oh boy, the food – absolutely delicious. The presentation was on point, something I haven't seen in ages. When it comes to breakfast spots on the island, Braeburn takes the crown as my go-to. Can't recommend the Braeburn breakfast enough; it's a taste sensation. And guess what? If you miraculously have room post-breakfast, their desserts are a tempting bonus. Simply perfect!

Went here for dinner with my family and we loved it! Cozy atmosphere. Friendly server. Great food! I got the chicken roulade special and it tasted fresh, was cooked perfectly, and had a great presentation. My wife got the Reuben and it was no problem to accommodate her requests for extra sauerkraut and 1000 island on the side. My daughter got the grilled cheese and ate it all and loved it. At the end I had a question about the ferry and the server showed us the ferry cam. Would like to come back for brunch. Highly recommended!

Food was simply amazing! Lovely place with an awesome ambience. The beer was superb and the scone was a surprise! Just too good. Highly recommended

Warm and friendly servers and greeter. Food was excellent. We don't live nearby but if we do, this would be our restaurant.
Clean, bright, welcoming colors and displays.
Food is Island pricey but totally worth the wait time (yes, over 1 hour). You and your family will leave tummy happy.

2nd visit ....holy cow!!!! The best restaurant around. Waffle chicken combo....sorry can't remember the name is to die for.

Definitely a 5 star dining for us. Our first burger in states and I can truly say nothing beats the real thing from where it begins. Kudos to our ever willing host Mr.Nino and Colleen Suñaz.

Cute place. Great service. Locally sourced produce and local farm fresh eggs. This place is a gem. We were so hungry i forgot to take a picture before we started eating. My husband had the pork and daisy with sausage gravy on his omelette and stuffed himself full. I has had the daily hash with Brussels sprouts, beets and root veggies which was insanely delicious. Plus we split one blueberry pancake. I Call it breakfast desert 😉 YUM!

Had the best Breakfast of my life here! Relaxed and comfy but the food and service is TOP NOTCH. A must if you are visiting Langley! Gets busy but that's because it's great!

It's clean and pleasant, wonderful service and the food is really yummy. The california with scrambled eggs and sourdough bread is delicious. I tried americano coffee, latte and mocha, really really tasty.

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner this place is beyond standard. Friendly, attentive staff too.

Many hours later, I am still savoring the memory of eating a decadent and delicious breakfast here! Last time I ordered a healthy vegetarian option, but yesterday I went for the deep fried pork cutlet with poblano sausage gravy and two scrambled eggs, with a side of toast and the most luscious cinnamon and cardamon flavored thick apple butter. What a taste and texture sensation! Generous warming flavorful poblano sausage, crispy cutlet, velvety scrambled eggs… wow! I don’t need to eat again for a week, I think…
