I was able to get in and out on my lunch break quick and easy. Issued a 45day temporary tag and did all the paperwork for a personalized plate in under 15 minutes. Very helpful. Everything under one roof as well is super helpful!

Schools closed for snow and cold.
Opens at 8 but got there at about 9:30.
No waiting and was waved straight up to the counter where an excellent young lady took us through the process of registration a vehicle.
Best experience at a BMV ever!

This was the best DMV experience I’ve ever had. Granted it’s a new, larger, and CLEAN facility, but the people working there are friendly and attentive. I walked in and was waited on immediately. Much appreciated after working all day.

I don't know what they changed during the pandemic, but now every visit is pleasant and extremely efficient. In and out quickly and the employees are cute, I mean courteous.

Walked into BMV center, new location, to have my son conduct a permit test. The testing center was closed but when I walked into the BMV, they were overly accommodating. However, you must have the proper paperwork.

I have had the opportunity to deal with this place 2 times in the past 2+months and both times were VERY pleasant, fast, efficient and handled by decent people. I was impressed. Elizabeth and the short time she took to process my plate transfer far exceeded my expectations!

They have now moved to the corner or Rt#55 and Barnhart. 1 exit south on I75. This place is quick, and friendly. What more could anyone ask for. 💜

Idk why people tell all these stories about how bad the BMV is. I have always had great people help me at this branch. In and out today for a title. No complaints.

Update 12/14: Since my last visit they have added a new check in feature where they have 2 tablets on stands. You enter your name, reason for visit and you have the option to include your phone number where they will send your check in number. I was in and out within 5 mins for a registration renewal.

Latest update 12/11/23: They have moved to a new location. The staff is still amazing. In and out with all my questions answered about transferring titles and plates.

For anyone confused on where to go just look up 1475 W Market St, Troy, OH 45373 , it's directions to the speedway that's right across the road from the DMV! As soon as you see the speedway it's literally on the other side of the road even tho maps show empty plot of land ( its not updated).

In and out in less than fifteen minutes. They have at least 8 customer service representatives that will wait on you. This is the best place I have ever had to go in you when getting anything to do with license.

Very fast service. Was in and out within 15 minutes on a Saturday when I was expecting it to be the busiest. Wish weekday hours were longer

With the exception of the cost to renew my driver’s license and plates (50% tax?!?!?) I’ve got no complaints. The first surprise was NO WAIT! The second surprise was a really nice customer agent (thank you Elizabeth!). The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Thank you Troy BMV!

The DMV is the best DMV I have ever visited!! The employees here are so helpful and so professional. Their efficiency is the highest I have ever experienced. There is almost no waiting and there is always someone to help. I will recommend to this DMV wherever you live in Ohio!

No long wait time, got in and out in 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Getting business done here is a breeze. I thought coming from a small town to a bigger city it would take forever. Surprise, I bet we were in and out in 10 minutes. First we needed to get a title then register and plate. Super nice people.
