Valley Bistro

Everything is great here. I got the New Yorker breakfast sandwich today. My daughter's got the chicken and tot waffle, and Nutella strawberry toasted sand. I used to work across the street pre-covid but when and I still travel 30 mins just to eat here.

This place was recommended by a friend. The parking lot is a little sketchy, it’s very steep and built on a hill. I noticed some scrapes on the asphalt at an unmarked dropoff near the entrance, luckily I didn’t take that ride.
The food was amazing and we can’t wait to work our way around the menu. The dining area is somewhat cafeteria style, you order and pay on one side they give you a number and bring your food to whatever table you choose on the other side.
We got there an hour before closing and it was pretty busy, the line moves somewhat fast but there was some confusion happening with the expediting of the food. One to go customer returned with a mistake on his order and my to go order had extra items in it as well. Regardless, the food is great and totally worth a visit. Just check your items if you order takeout.

The Black and Blue burger was delicious with sweet potato fries. This was our first visit and we didn't realize that you order and then your food is delivered to the table. They had a great menu. I want to bring my kids on the weekend. It was very busy around 1 pm on Friday afternoon.

It is amazing how well they know the area and provide great service. Several restaurants have been through this location and none of they stayed long. It is easy to miss, but the food is excellent. This has been a go to place for me when I need to have lunch meetings. The salads are fresh (although a little heavy on the dressing, but that can be changed by asking for it on the side.) Ample portions as well. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I will be continuing to come back.

Order on the right when you enter, menu is on the wall. You'll pay, get a number, then take a seat which can be a challenge because it's busy here! Don't forget silverware and coffee station on the right as you enter the dining room, grab some. Dining room is a LOUD space but roomy and bright. Fast service even with the crowd. The Chicken & The Waffle and the Steak & Eggs were top shelf, never had better! Coffee was very good, free refills. Bus your own table, too, so be courteous to the next folks. Highly, highly recommended.

First time here while on a road trip on I81 south. Found Valley Bistro via Google reviews. We had breakfast items and they were great! The scramble, the loaded veggie omelet and the original. My spiced chai Tea latte was delicious.

Wonderful afternoon of adventures starting with lunch at the Valley Bistro...I tried the Grilled Salmon BLT with Garlic French Fries...both were absolutely delicious and the Grilled Salmon on a BLT is such an amazing twist for a sandwich on Texas Toast...to drink I had the Lavender Lemonade, a little on the sweet side, but I watered it down a little and it was perfect...on to dessert...I had the Lemon Burst...which is there version on a decadent lemon square...I could only eat half, I'll enjoy the rest after dinner tonight...LOL...the rest of out party had the cheese steak, which was commented would have been better with Wiz instead of provolone, but still good...the Chicken Avocado Wrap with Cajun Fries...and my wife had the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, which she loved...we will definitely be back again...Thanks for a terrific lunch experience!

The best part of this place you can get one piece of each French toast to try to see which one you like better!

Lives up to the hype.
I arrived almost exactly at 12 (it was jam packed, but that crowd was filtering off) and received my lunch about 17 minutes later. I ordered the salmon BLT sans B. It was cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to return with hubby to have a wonderful brunch.

Great breakfasts here! Very friendly staff! Kaylene was amazing! So helpful! Wendy was polite and friendly! Loaded veggie omelette was superb! Avocado toast was delicious! Gianna's This & That was also great, very filling. On the other hand El Gordito omelette and the Nutella-Strawberry Panini, both had a bit too much oil for our tastes! But this place is a gem! Definitely will go back for more delicious food! Thank you 🙏

Don't let the long line to order deter you from eating here! The line moves pretty fast, and you don't have to wait long for your food. Delicious as always and the wait staff is exceptional.

Very good food. They have a good system set up where you order and pay then receive a number and they bring your food out to you. Everything is fresh and delicious.

Had the daily special "truffelo" burger and the blue cheese burger. Both burgers were absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection. The rosemary fries and the sweet potato fries were delicious as well. Definitely stopping again on my way back home from Philly and on my way through next time I go to Philly!

Update: I've been here 3 more times and it's still fantastic!! Definitely worth the ~ hour out of my way to stop here one the way to Philadelphia.

My partner and I stopped by Valley Bistro for brunch today. It was absolutely delicious! I also got salted caramel banana pancakes, which were some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. My partner is vegetarian and said their imposes burgers were great too. The staff was quick and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to go back.

We visit Valley Bistro at least a once a week! Breakfast and lunch are great. No matter what you order, you can expect the presentation to be on point and the food to taste delicious. Jacquie and her staff are the friendliest and always helpful with picking the best menu selection to satisfy your cravings. You order at the counter and then find a seat, but they deliver your food to your table and check on you. They are awesome! I've had the pleasure to use them for offsite catering. I also used their event space next to the restaurant. Again...incredible food and incredible service. These are just a few of the many reasons why we will always be a repeat customer! If you are visiting the area make sure to stop by and visit this place! You won't be sorry!
FYI- they do get really busy especially on the weekends. Even if the parking lot looks busy, still go inside because more than likely you'll be able to find a seat. I recommend trying to go before 8:30am. It tends to be less crowded.

This place has an amazing selection! I had the Nashville hot chicken sliders and garlic fries just incredibly Delicious. It was mobbed for lunch but one of the few places I'd say are totally worth the wait for the food.

Also the short rib grilled cheese and salmon blt are out of this world!

Our breakfast was amazing!!! Forgot to take pictures because everything was presented beautifully and we were so excited to dig in! We got the Cannoli French Toast, Steak & eggs, and the El Jefe wrap. Really quality ingredients and very clean. Loved the modern vibes of the location and atmosphere. The team is amazing!! Definitely planning a trip back soon!

Valley Bistro is a great brunch place to go to if you are in the central PA region. Their menu is unique as they mesh various food combos that you normally wouldn’t see into a tasty concoction. The chicken and waffles and eggs benedict variations are tasty, but at my last visit, I tried the crab rangoon pizza and it was an unexpectedly good combination! It was like a handheld crab dip dish. The ambiance is great and they have a large seating area, but they are usually always busy with long lines even on weekdays, so plan ahead!

Always love coming here! One of our favorite breakfast/brunch spots!

First time here and won’t be our last, interesting concept, you order when you get in, line looks intimidating but moves fast, plenty of seating also, staff brings food out to you, and it was brought out very fast, very impressed, food was also extremely good, highly recommend!
