Chipotle Mexican Grill

Banging food and good portion sizes. Some chipotles use a micro-icecream scooper for the guacamole, not this one. This chipotle used a proper huge spoon and gives a real serving of guacamole and all the other ingredients.

First time at this location, nice visit with an extremely polite girl that checked us out at the register. We even tipped!! Food was great, not crowded so we were able to eat inside.

Trying Chipotle for first time. I got to the store about 8:55pm and since i didn't want to spend too much time just staring at the menu displayed in the back. I downloaded the app, sign up and start ordering. Whenever I place my order just took 10 min to be done, since i was outside already walk in and as promised my order was ready without hassle. Love the easy way to order online and just pick your order without having to get in line. The cauliflower rice is really good. Happy to give them a chance. A little bit pricey for the portions. They still get my recommendation for people who hasn't tried yet. Customer service is great 😉 the establishment and tables looked clean and with the proper social distancing signaled.

I believe Chipotle is the only local restaurant that has serves delicious organic Non-GMO foods and beverages. It is my favorite place to eat at. I care deeply about my health.

Clean store, good food, friendly staff. This location isn't too busy because of the high competition for other popular places nearby.

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Even with that I still had great customer service. Their food is amazing and there's plenty of places to sit including a nice patio area outside

Staff were friendly and service was quick. The helping size was massive compared to other Chipotle locations I've been to. The outdoor seating was nice to take advantage of as well.

Parking isn’t the best, they are located at the end of the strip. If you have a big truck, it’s best to just go around the entire strip than to try to fit it through the very narrow driving area.

Obviously, there are those dufuses that actually DO drive their massive 250-350 in and out that end, so that's something you may or may not have to deal with when going to this Chipotle location.

Staff is very polite and efficient. The food is great too.

Quality of their meats are always good, which I cannot say for every location. When ordering in-store, I have not had any problems having my food prepped the way that I want. I have had issues in the past with the online orders being made incorrectly, and only finding out after arriving back home. HOWEVER, upon returning the store, the staff had no problem remaking the entire order, when one entree was wrong (because at this point, the other is cold) - so 5 stars for willing to correct the wrongs, everyone makes mistakes. Thank you to the staff for working hard to keep the line moving and customer happy.

Brendon did the extra mile for my gluten allergy. He changed the spoons and wipe the line. I really appreciate when Chipotle's do this.

This Chipotle was amazing. (Troy, Ohio) Super friendly and clean. The staff was great they went out of their way to help an allergy request. I've never seen a group of people working as hard and being as friendly as these workers. This is how all stores should be operated. Well done.

We had Chipotle cater our 4th of July party and everything was great. The manager was very courteous and helpful and did a great job helping us with our order. Would definitely us them again.

I had accidentally placed my online order to the Chipotle in Huber so when I arrived to troy they obviously didn’t have it. Elizabeth, the manager I spoke with, took care of everything for me. Transferred the order here so I didn’t have to worry about getting my money back just to pay again for the same thing. She was fantastic! Even though it was my error she continued to apologize and make sure that I was taken care of and didn’t fee a fool for my silly mistake. I’ve worked in a lot of retail and food places, I’ve also been to a lot of different ones, you have a very good employee and I see now why she is the manager. Extremely respectful, problem solver, and did everything with a smile even when it started to become busy. Thank you 😊
