I ordered 2 smoothies for pickup then ran into car trouble. I called the restaurant to tell them I was unable to pick them up. I was asked if I lived in Troy. The General Manager offered to bring them to me since I was unable to get them myself. I was completely floored and very grateful! Thank you Tropical Smoothie!

I always have such a wonderful experience here. I pick up smoothies for coworkers on my way to work and Josh is always such a delight to work with. They’re fast and efficient and it always makes my day.

Tropical Smoothie is my new go to place. The food was delivered hot and full of flavor. There are so many options to customize your meals to your liking. The Kiwi Quencher smoothie was delicious, will definitely order again. Good serving sizes, good taste, good prices. This is a great option if you'd like a less traditional and healthier meal option. Would give them a 10/10 if I could!

The Employees are amazing, every single one of them. Truly a different atmosphere than anywhere else and always a good time going in.....Plus that Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich should be in Paris France along side the Mona Lisa with all the other works of PURE ART.

My whole family loves tropical smoothies!! Everyone there is always so nice. There is a manager who is always there and you can tell he truly cares about his business. He alone makes it an easy choice for a healthy meal!

I love this store is very nice very clean they make a grape smoothie I've never had a bad experience with them and I'm always in and out there's never really been a weight

What an absolutely wonderful team of people! They are enthusiastic and kind. I had an amazing experience and I was able to share this with the store owner, Tim, who was so humble and appreciative. I can’t wait to return!

Grabbed a smoothie this morning from this location and mentioned I needed a spoon due to having two teeth extracted a few days ago. The worker only could find a packet that had a fork and knife, I said no big deal. As I was about to head out of the parking lot that same worker came running with a spoon he found. That's customer service. I recommend this location they obviously go above and beyond for the customer. Plus my smoothie was absolutely delicious!

I come here all the time because the smoothies and the food are delicious, but also at this location the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Thanks TSC staff, you all are the best!!

Awesome place. Very clean and well taken care of, the service is great, and the smoothies are the best around. This location is very new and their obviously training employees but they're doing a great job. Everyone is super friendly and explains if ordering takes a bit longer than usual because of a newbie. They are also handing out coupons right now which is awesome! The place does look like it was designed by Ikea but I think that's charming!

Ive ordered from here for the past year or so off and on and it's been a overall positive experience. I ordered a beach bum and a flatbread. It came out quick and was right. Can't complain about the service.

Our favorite location, consistent taste and quality every time. I almost always get chia banana boost with Splenda (double blend so the dates go up the straw, lol). I choose that smoothy as a meal replacement.
My celebration smoothie of choice is cranberry truffle... Because I deserve it, lol.

Pomegranate Plunge is great on a hot day.
My son loves mocha madness, which has coffee and yogurt.

I’ve been here half a dozen times at least since they opened. The customer service is off the charts, and they have some really great employees. The one girl remembered something that I always order on just the third time I was in there. Definitely impressed. Make sure to try the food, too. The smoothies are delicious, but the food might be better.

Customer service is amazing. Long story short, through a series of my own mistakes my order ended up getting tossed and when I went in to explain what happened Sevyn helped me out. He was super kind and helpful. He quickly got my order remade, and apologized even though it was totally my fault. Btw, the food and smoothies were delicious!
