Los Pitayos Mexican Restaurant

Fantastic food! The Fajitas Texanas are shown in photos. Dinner was served before we even finished our appetizers. Service was fast and friendly. Reasonable prices. Nice environment. Well worth it!!

Absolutely love Los Pitayos. I've been coming here to eat ever since I was a child and it was named something else. The food is always very delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are so great, friendly, and efficient. The owner is very nice and always greets me when coming in. I eat here in person and order a lot of Doordash from here and it never disappoints. Chori Pollo is one of my favorite dishes of all time. Best Mexican restaurant in Troy.

I hate to admit this, but we come nearly every Friday and eat, creatures of habit. The service is always excellent and the food is good.

I called just 10 minutes before they closed with not a single customer left in the store & the doors locked and they were kind enough to allow me to place an order. They were quick, my food was hot and delicious and the service from both the kitchen staff and the front desk was great! I highly recommend. A wonderful atmosphere with great attention to detail on orders as well! :)

Food was great and the service was fast. Vegetarian fajita burrito and a vegetarian bean burrito added chorizo, rice and beans. Everything was perfect.

Staff is friendly and attentive, atmosphere is warm and cozy. Food was fantastic! Best chips and salsa I have had in a very long time. The burritos were incredible. Food portions were generous and well plated.

I wanted Mexican food but the local place was not open for delivery and another local place I had I won't entertain the thought. I found this place on Grub Hub and it was AMAZING!!! It tasted as close to my mom's. I am definitely going to be back for MORE 😋😋😋😋 VERY DELICIOUS. My new favorite place

We love this place! The classic margaritas are fantastic, the food is delicious and the service is always excellent. They make you feel welcome, well cared for and work to accommodate dietary restrictions too.

An often overlooked gem. Clean, great service and really good staple Mexican food with a nice selection on the menu. They accommodated our large group with a semi private dining room and overall easy going and attentive.

We always love coming here. Great food, good atmosphere, and most importantly we don't feel rushed or packed in like a sardine like at LaFiesta. Much prefer this restaurant. Staff is always very friendly. We will definitely be coming back again and again

Update 5/26/2023: As always, our party had a terrific experience. Filter was in town for a HS graduation. We decided to come here and we were able to walk in and get seated immediately. Waitress was very good, as was the food... As usual. They continue to impress every time we visit, and we have never had a bad meal or poor service! Keep up the excellent work. We will definitely be back!!

Not from the area , Stopped for lunch after a procedure at Troy hospital . Gotta say the wife and I believe the best Mexican food we have ever had and we have 6-9 restaurants in Springfield .

First impression: very clean!
We were greeted immediately and seated. Our server brought chips and salsa right after that. Everyone just knew where they were supposed to be and did their job. Their beans have a great flavor. My husband was really pleased with their chicken. Will be bringing the kiddos along next time. Great food-great service!
