Ashlay, the property manager, made moving in as easy as she could. Having stayed here a few months now, she helps address our needs or routes us to right people in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is also amazing.

We have lived here the past 2 1/2 years in the three bedroom townhouse and have loved it. Two adults, two teenagers, and a dog have no complaints about the staff or crew at Avalon. They are all lovely, friendly people that try their best to make sure we enjoy the community. They remember the little details like putting birthday cards on our doors and always quick to do maintenance repairs. Location is awesome and the complex is always quiet.

The entire process from touring the rooms on my own to setting up the paperwork to moving in, was made very easy and effortless. The property is clean and safe and all the neighbors are very nice. I love the 24 hour gym and the other amenities as well. Happy to be living here. Benjamin‘s been doing an amazing job helping me with my air-conditioning issues during this hot summer.

My husband and I are thinking about moving to Southern California because of the beautiful beaches and weather. A lot of our friends and family live in the Pasadena and Glendale area. We visited Avalon Glendale about 2 weeks ago and was very impressed with not only the apartment and the amenities, but also the help we received from one of the employee Clarince. He was so friendly and answered all our questions. He told us that he actually lives in the property himself and loves it. We are putting Avalon Glendale as one of our top contenders!

I have been living at Avalon Glendale for almost a year now, and I truly love it. Ashlay is always so knowledgeable and friendly. She also creates these very and engaging community events for everyone. The maintenance staff is always top notch as well. They are always prompt and helpful. I never wait longer than two days for something to get resolved no matter how big or small. Clarence is the team lead and always very nice. Their newest member Ben, was stellar! He came yesterday to fix a problem with my fridge, and he was very personable and thorough. He explained the process to me and told me how I could prevent it in the future. I am excited to continue living in this wonderful community.

We have lived here at Avalon for 8 years. Recently, we downsized from one of the larger apartments to a smaller one. As we know moving can be very hectic. My husband and I work and we happen to be in the senior category. So that makes hectic an understatement.
I am not one to write reviews but I am so impressed with the prompt responses, professionalism, patience, kindness and assistance of Ashley, and Clarence with the process, that I could not help but write a review.

Ashley not only deserves this positive feedback but without trying she puts out such a positive and refreshing vibe that it is a pleasure to go into the office and work with her. She is a ray of sunshine. Working with the public can be challenging but she makes it seem so easy.

We as a people have no problem writing about the negative experiences we encounter, that when we have such a positive one it should be acknowledged.

I have been at Avalon Glendale over a decade now. I love this place and consider it as my forever home. What makes it amazing is the Maintenance Department headed by Clarence Turner. Clarence is a caring soul and always available no matter what time it is during the day, night and even weekends. Clarence does not waste time as you always see him rushing from one job to another. Clarence hired the best team to help out around the complex. They respond immediately to the request service and always have a smile on their faces. Thank you Clarence and your maintenance team for always being there for all our complex needs.

Our oven needed to be repaired and the maintainence staff here at the Avalon was excellent!!!! Benjamin arrived quickly, figured out what was wrong and got our oven up an running in a few minutes. Moreover, his warm personality and professionalism brightened up our day.

I recently moved here with my boyfriend from the Prado down the street, and what a world of difference!! The community is always clean, friendly, and ready to help out with whatever we need.

Ashlay has been especially helpful with my move into the community. She is reliable, approachable, and kind. She knows everyone in the community and works very hard to make sure everyone feels welcomed.

I am so happy to continue building my home here!

My family and I moved here about 3 months ago. We moved from Woodland Hills, so we are new to Glendale. Ever since our first tour at Avalon we were blown away with how clean and well kept the community is. The apartments are very nice and up to date. Lots of different floor plans to choose from. The staff here is awesome! Maintenance team is very responsive and efficient! Tamela and Ashlay in the Leasing Office are absolutely AMAZING! You will love it here.

Recently moved to this community. It is cleanly maintained, provides a very beautiful living experience and the apartments are nice. Most importantly, the on site staff is very helpful. Special shout out to Ashlay, who made the made the move in process easy, even taking extra steps to make sure everything was ready for me. Definitely happy with my choice so far.

Benjamin from Avalon maintenance helped out with two recent maintenance requests and did a great job. Fire alarms were quickly fixed upon request and our fridge was swapped out for a new one within the hour of it initially being inspected. Quick and efficient work. Thanks!

Ashlay in the Leasing Office is amazing! She’s attentive and friendly, she also is extremely helpful. She loves her job and it shows. Avalon Glendale is a great place to live!

Love living here, the management and the community are top notch! Ashlay and Tamela make this a wonderful place to live, and in the rare event that I have maintenance issue, Clarence and his team always resolve it effectively and efficiently. Highly recommend if you're looking to move to east side of LA!

My partner and I have lived here for over a month now, and we’ve had a very pleasant experience so far! Ashlay and Tamela have been absolutely sweet to us since we first took a tour of the community. The maintenance team has been quick to help us every time we’ve called, and the neighbors are kind enough to say hello whenever we walk pass each other.

Overall, living here has been more peaceful than I ever thought possible. We’re thankful to have found this place. Thank you Avalon Glendale!

UPDATE:
My husband and I have lived in Avalon Glendale for 2 1/2 years now. We've had to move to another city for work, but we'll be officially moved out on August 4th, 2023.

I'm a bit embarrassed to say that I'm a bit teary-eyed as I'm writing this review, because we love Avalon Glendale so much. Ashlay and Tamela are the best leasing office managers anyone could ask for. We've made friends with our neighbors that we now have to say goodbye to. Our puppy grew up in this apartment complex and is also friends with everyone here. We joked that he was somewhat of a mascot for the apartment complex. It's hard to say goodbye, but I would still gladly give Avalon Glendale 5/5 stars, even 2 1/2 years later. And if Avalon is reading every review, Ashlay and Tamela deserve a promotion. Seriously, they're awesome.

My youngest daughter moved to this complex from Prado down the street. Ashlay is so nice and friendly. She is very personable and says hello to everyone! People & Pets! She is always prompt and responsive to all her questions and concerns!
She loves it so much that she had Ashlay help her older sister to find an apt at Avalon! Ashlay helped my older daughter coordinate the leasing of the new Avalon one!
Now, I can visit both of them at the same complex! How nice and convenient is that!!

I've lived at four Avalon properties over the last decade and a half or so and Glendale has been by far my favorite. For such a large complex, it's surprisingly cozy & quiet. Sometimes it even feels like a sleepy beachside resort but without the beach! Having a Ralphs (with a Starbucks) and a dry cleaners just half a block away is ridiculously convenient although having a Baskin-Robbins that close has been a little dangerous. There are also tons more shops & restaurants within a few blocks' walk. The handful of service requests I've had to open have all been handled swiftly. Lastly, but most importantly, the Leasing Office staff are rock stars. Kind and funny and engaged and generous! I love living here. Looking forward to renewing my lease.

After 9 years of living at Avalon in Glendale, we unfortunately had to move out of state for my husband's job. Tamela and Ashlay that run the property are phenomenal. They are so kind, always have an upbeat attitude, and plan some many nice activities and treats for the community. Ashlay was always so kind to print something for me when our printer was broken. Even after moving out she even made sure a package got to our new home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these two ladies. Would recommend Avalon Glendale to anyone looking for a kind, clean, and helpful community.
