I absolutely love Dr.Ware and her staff. I have been with her since the Cleveland clinic days. Her staff is very friendly and professional. And they always return my calls the same day and address any concerns I have.

I have been a patient for 10+ years. It is so nice to have someone who listens and doesn't rush you out and on your way. Dr. Ware and her staff are so caring and loving and genuinely care for you. It is also easy to get an appointment with her, especially since she left the CC.

i absolutely love Dr.ware. however, her staff members are very unprofessional. they failed to inform me where i am getting taken to for my blood work. and now i am charged with $1200 bill. the manager tells me she will get back to me but never did until i called them about 10 times. and i hear there is absolute nothing they can do about it. no sympathy with situation nor sincere apology. saying this is just my fault. when i have no information where i am going or what facility i am getting taken to, how could i possibly find out if insurance covers it. (prior to making a appt, i called the office and asked if they do blood work there, and they said YES. that is why i went there to begin with) even though i like Dr. ware, i would never go back there

Her staff is completely incompetent, I’d recommend visiting a different facility because of this.
