Great service and staff. Always clean and organized

Primarily itemized the garden center. I was happy with the selection and prices. For late May, all of the plants being sold were healthy and a good size. Most prices were clearly marked, which makes shopping less stressful. My mom and I had two carts with our stuff mixed up, which was probably a bit confusing for the cashier. But she was very relaxed about it and rang us out quickly with no issues. I wish they had more lawn/garden decor available, it felt very sparse this year… but that’s likely more of a corporate supply issue than this specific store.

The Lorain/Amherst store is the best lowes I’ve been in to. Clean and well organized. Plus everybody knows blue is better than orange

Love this location. Staff is knowledgeable. I started going to this location simply because I live so close. But now I go because of the friendliness of staff as well as convenience. Other locations seem hit or miss.

Lots to choose from in the garden center. I had a hard time making choices. Associates were very helpful in helping me load the cart with mulch. They volunteered; I didn't ask for help. The cashier was also quite helpful. The store is very clean and well organized. I had no trouble finding what I needed.

Big store, they have a little of everything. The salespeople were friendly the cashiers were fast. I did not see any areas to charge cars. But they do allow behaved dogs in the store.

Always my go-to for home maintenance/improvement needs. Also, as a veteran their discount program is easy to use (unlike the orange store) and staff are always thankful which is really a special touch for me as a vet and consumer.

I’ve been shopping at this store for a long time and it’s by far the best place to shop…I own my own electrical business and purchase a large part of my supplies from them and also do all my home repairs from this location…never have had any issues with returns or replacement

Lowes (amherst). Appliance sale was great. Normally would have bought online, but talked to an employee named Sam in appliances. He was absolutely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience. Just went back and bought a refrigerator from Sam. Easy.

Lowe's is a great company. But not all of the people they hire are good. I have been treated differently by three women at this
Lowe's. I know it's because I'm a black man. I've seen how they interact with their fellow caucasians and how I'm treated by them. It's a shame.

The staff are ALWAYS friendly and go out of their way to help you. The cashier we had even thanked my husband for serving our country after using his Military discount! How nice is that! Great employees.

I find Lowe's staff to be much more helpful and knowledgeable than the other big box home improvement store. I'm not thrilled with the extended service on their appliances though. Next time I need an appliance, I'll pay a few bucks more and go to a local store that does their own service work.

Lots of beautiful flowers, some descent prices, about average, and really great, helpful employees! Clean, bright, inviting!! 5-25-2022, same opinion!!! Only exception, they need water their plants better, lots of dried out almost dead ones allllll over especially in area for annual packs.. Had to water mine before taking home meeded it bad!

I found what I needed with no trouble. One of the items I needed was out of stock on the shelf, but someone came and got down another box from up above for me.

I prefer this place over home depot, every time. The people are more friendly and actually helpful! And you don't have to run all over the place just to find someone for help there are usually plenty of people walking around for help. My personal choice.

My refrigerator died and I came to lowes to purchase a new one. I wish I knew the name of our salesman, he was Great. He was really helpful as far as best warranties, size of fridge and how it would fit in my home. I was very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend!!!

Leashed pets permitted. Thank You Lowes. I have never had a floor employee not be able to direct me to the isle I need to go to. Amazing training for employees. 99% of the time all employees are people friendly under every circumstance. My kind of store.
