Nothing worse than a plumbing backup into a lower level tub and toilet! Called Zach this afternoon and arranged for his arrival the next day, but he called a short while afterwards and said he could make time for us after his last scheduled call - best news all day! Zach routed the main line into the septic system several times to make sure all obstructions were cleared and then routed the bath drain to make sure there was no upstream (trap) potential blockage. Zac was explanatory about his approach, and pleasant throughout, and I recommend him without reservation.
