Very disappointing customer service. My order arrived broken. Then it broke again just by touching it. I had no choice but to send it back to the store and as a result I have lost $100 that will not be refunded.

Edit: I don't appreciate being called a liar. Yes, you sent replacement parts when the item arrived so shattered that I cut my finger opening it, and it was the least you could do. However I have better things to do than purposely break the things I buy.
Over the phone you said you will fully refund us, then via email you said we will be charged 25%.
If you do the maths, you refunded 75% of the price excluding the shipment costs and made us pay for traceable carrier and insurance (for an object already broken). In total we lost $100 and ended up with nothing but a sliced finger, so I would have much preferred to keep the object if it was usable.
