I recently hired Joey to clean my solar panels, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Not only did he do an amazing job cleaning the panels, but he also went above and beyond by taking the time to play with my child, which really made our day.

Joey was extremely professional, punctual, and friendly throughout the entire process. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions, which helped me understand how to maintain my solar.
And of curse to lower my bills.

Joey and his business is Top Tier! He's great to work with... and did an awesome job. One thing that I noticed is that he didn't rush the cleaning. He also accommodated our new roof and gutters by showing up early and not putting his ladder on the gutters, which was so appreciated (not everyone knows this.) We asked our neighbors and they gave us a referral for a different company but something just didn't feel right, so I looked around and after maybe 5 different people and prices that was just crazy . My panels look brand new!! I mean beyond anything we thought was possible. And even my neighbor stopped in the street to check out his work . I have had solar panels for several years now and have used a few different companies to clean them, but far and away the best solar panel cleaner I've used is Top-Tier Solar Panel Cleaning owned and operated by Joey Deluca. Joey was quick to respond to my request for a panel cleaning and was very cooperative in scheduling an appointment that fit my busy schedule. He showed up on time, had the proper equipment, took before during and after photos, and most importantly did incredible job. His price was very competitive but I would use him again even if he was more costly. Hard to find a business that has Joey’s integrity and work ethics anymore.

Best price for such a professional cleaning. Joey knows what he is doing! He sends you before and after photos of his progress, which I truly appreciated! He is very professional, personable, and respectful of your property. It took him far less time than I expected and we are now on a bi-annual reminder service with Top Tier to clean every 6 months.
