Awesome guys to work with! Very knowledgeable about all aspects of land and they are very client oriented. Not only was the purchase of our property with them very smooth, but they have also provided several services afterwards. Our Morton Building construction, docks for our lake, orchard planting, brush clearing, and road work have all gone through LandCo. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell land, or looking to have any sort of work done to their property.

Take one listen to LandCo’s podcast, and A) you’ll learn that these guys know what they are doing, and B) they are doing things that are light years ahead of other brokerage firms.

Let’s be serious though, the opportunity to bag a stud whitetail, or shoot your limit of ducks is what drew me to Illinois. John, can always speak to the quality of hunting in a given area, and he has a tremendous network of hunters to gain further insight to properties. Also, his experience with land services make LandCo a great resource for how you could potentially improve a tract to get what you are looking for, this ability broadens my search to properties that otherwise I might have overlooked. Also, for a non-resident like me, knowing that you have some boots nearby to spray a food plot or clear your trails makes working with John a no-brainer.

I cannot speak highly enough of John, and I look forward to the first Fall on my farm, made possible by John O’Reilly and LandCo.

I haven't personally purchased property from LandCo, but I know a few people who have. Every single report I have received is that John and his crew are second to none in property sales. Selling property is one thing, but having the background knowledge and history on a property and other properties in the area is a level of expertise to expect here. Not all land is the same and these boys know how to differentiate. Some land brings revenue. Some land is purchased for investment purposes. Some land is bought for recreational purposes. No matter what your property intentions are, LandCo is hands down the BEST in the industry.

I haven’t purchased any land from Landco, but have seen their transformation’s personally and they do an awesome job and can tell they truly care about their clients! Hope to have my own peace of heaven and when I do, we will use Landco!

Landco repaired two long standing damms on two farm ponds that had breeches. They cored out the breech and repaired the defect. They then cleared the damm of trees and left the damm with an emergency breech. The also checked the overflow pipe and made sure the pipe was open. One pipe needed to be replaced. They prepped the barrow area for seeding and the repaired area looks like it has been landscaped. All the extra was done and still came in at the quoted estimate. They kept me in the loop and aware of all. I would highly recommend their service!
