Went in on a cold January night and needed Propane tanks filled.
Charlie was very helpful and great to deal with.

Menards is always our go-to for Home Improvements, they have the better prices and the best customer service. We recently went to another Home Improvement store and waited 15 minutes for someone to help us. They announced three times on the loudspeaker and still no one came. It was just a reminder that we should be shopping at Menards anyway! Got a great deal on some shingles tonight and the man working the desk was very helpful and informative, we also got to take advantage of the 11% rebate on all purchases!

Very helpful, experienced staff. Family run business. If. I am having a problem fixing something, they can suggest a solution.

As always they had exactly what I wanted. Did stop and ask a young man who was filling shelves where I could find a certain item....very polite and gave good directions found my item right away. As always the checkout girl very efficient and I did not have to lift my birdseed out of cart.

Had everything we needed. Used $240 of refunds to save money and earned an $120 addition refund.

Lively & adorable check out woman. She was nice enough to become a friend. We had a ton of garden items too. Such a pain, but spent a lot. She had to be pooped but still had a sense of humor 🤣. Nice experience!!

I had a fabulous time chasing after my toddler for two hours and the staff was incredibly patient. There is a literal smorgasbord of things for a toddler to get into! Support this fine establishment!

Isn't it wonderful that you can go to a library and find books on just about any subject? And isn't it even better that you can order books on interlibrary loan? I often find an author I like, and then I ask the Library to get me the earliest books by an author. This is especially good when the book is in a series. EPL is a blessing.

Exceptional store in Washington. I am a subcontractor, flooring professional, that has worked for many Menards stores here in Illinois, Missouri and Kansas.
This is the #1 store that I have and do subcontract for.
When calling my clients orders in to be picked up, they are quick, efficient and courteous.
The backyard employees are the best in the business. I love how you scan your receipts at the yard gate, go to a parking designation, call in with the number, and quickly are loaded.
Kudos to the Manager of this store !!

I called the plumbing Department at Menard's in Washington, Talked to a lady named Vickie. What a nice lady an very informative of the plumbing Dept. Not only did she answer all my questions with ease, she even set me up with a ROCK Star installer(Paul). Thank Vickie for going the extra mile for us out here in the Burbs.....

Menards has always tried to go above and beyond with my issues I have had in the past. I won't degrade my score because of these issues because everyone has them if you go as many times as I do for any store. The prices are fair. The staff at this place are fairly knowledgeable about the items in their area. Obviously do your own research, this place is mainly a weekend warrior store anyway.

It’s my go to place for everything. The staff at Menards are polite and friendly. Deals are there. I go at least one to two times a week. Wife says they get at least 50% of you pay check. Put she can’t complain because most is for her❗

Always helpful people there. Enough check out lanes open. Do it's a win win situation always. Not happy about their 11% rebate. They just raise the prices by 11% just to get you back in there. Deceptive advertising.
