7908 Aspen

Super friendly and professional staff. The food were fantastic, the drinks were fun. We had a great time at this place and enjoyed all of our orders (drinks, starters and main courses). Highly recommend it, worth every penny!

Samantha was our waitress tonight at 7908 and she was the freaking best. She’s so cute and sweet and funny and we had the best meal of our relationship. The fried chicken is to die for, and my drink literally came in a bathtub. My husband and I are over the moon happy with the experience, and I’m so grateful that she gave such great recs and incredible service. I CANNOT WAIT to go back!!

I just for the first time to have dinner and I was impressed with the quality of service, the staff was super friendly and kind, they recommend us lots of weird and funny cocktails in a good way, the food was spectacular, the octopus was my favorite by far and also a dessert that I don't remember the name.
But overly I love my experience, even the chef came out to talk with us.

Tonight's marvelous dinner and dessert (Ménage À Trois ~
White Chocolate Sphere, Chocolate Cake, Crémeux, Phyllo Dough) were capped off with a lively and fun conversation with Executive Chef Byron Gomez. The dessert was its own experience with the waiter pouring hot caramel over the white chocolate sphere that revealed a beautiful ingredient - the crėmeux. Think of it as a mousse-style chocolate. It is rich, decadent, and it has a luscious flavor. Your palate will be titillated upon the first bite.
The staff were professional, jovial, and very courteous. When you look over at someone else's food you'll be wishing your food was already on your table.
I didn't drink tonight, but I saw a cloud-like ornament that looked like it was floating over a drink. I've never seen that before. You don't come here only to eat. You come for the experience and the flavor combinations that Chef Byron meticulously creates for us.

This is in a really cool space in downtown Aspen. Our server Tello was fantastic and provided us friendly attentive service. The food was great, the drink menu is out of control, and we had the chance to meet the executive chef after our meal (Byron from S18 of top chef)! A wonderful experience that I will look forward to visiting again.

Went to Aspen to celebrate my birthday and this place went above and beyond to make it so special! The food was AMAZING!!!! The fried chicken and watermelon feta salad was to die for! I was with a big group and our server was exceptional! Never had an empty glass! Highly recommended this place!

Taaaaasty cocktails, classy vibes, and really lively staff. Really liked this place. I'll be coming back to work my way through the full cocktail menu!

Some of the best cocktails I've had in Aspen. The beef tartare and prime rib filet were outstanding. Service was solid all around. Great to have a new spot in town!

7908 is absolutely worth it. The food is amazing and the staff is on point. You will not be disappointed with going here. The club vibe is perfect and not overdone. You will feel a little more energy in the restaurant but it will not feel like you need to do anything but enjoy the space. Byron and Co. have done a great job with making it accessible to all guests. Great drinks as well. The strawberry sundae is not of the earth, you will want 10 more. Please enjoy!!

7908 is one of my favorite restaurants in Aspen. I have lived in Aspen for about a year and a half and have tried most of the highly recommended restaurants in the area. Many are both overpriced and overrated. This is is NOT the case for 7908. The service is fantastic, the cocktails are creative (and DELISH!) and the FOOD is a culinary experience not to be missed. Two of my favorite things on the menu are octopus and the seasonal watermelon salad. If you want expected and very good, “basic,” choose “the steak house” but if you want creative, unexpected textures, flavors and presentation, 7908 is THE place to find it! A side note: 7908 is the elevation of Aspen. Enjoy!

Refreshing and hip interior while still being comfortable. This definitely fills a gap in Aspen with a creative look. Started with the mushroom soup, so delicious. High quality but definitely comfort food. We had the short rib pasta and fried chicken. The pasta is obviously hand made and fantastic, generous portion too. The chicken is the best though. Hands down the best I've had. We finished the meal with the cheesecake and it was unbelievable. Gote, our server, was friendly and knowledgeable. We also got checked on by a manager and a visit from the chef for some details on the food. Lots of new places miss the mark with a balance between service and food quality, 7908 definitely gets this right. Excited to have such a high quality new restaurant in town!

Food beyond excellent! Service was fabulous! Daniel was very attentive and had great recommendations. Chef Gomez blending of flavors and textures outstanding. Atmosphere and music has great a vibe. Highly recommend. We had a great time.

I went with my family to this restaurant and it was absolutely AMAZING. The corvina was one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. We had their coconut dessert, which was also incredible. Our waitress was Samantha and she had fabulous recommendations and gave us incredible service. Highly recommend this place!!

The food, wine, cocktails, and atmosphere are outstanding, and they have the best espresso martinis around. Samantha was a very friendly and knowledgeable waitress. Jonathon's wine pairing suggestions were superb. A must see for anyone who visits Aspen.

This place is wonderful. Every dish we had was great, though the octopus and the agnolotti were especially noteworthy. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and our waiter Cristian graded done great recommendations. With food this week prepared you’d think the atmosphere would be stiff but is anything but. Great music and art throughout, someplace I’ll try to go back to every time I’m in the area.

This was one of our greatest dining experiences. We just happened upon this place by accident. So glad that we did. Starting from the wait staff to the very innovative cocktails and food, it was simply amazing. We can’t recommend this place enough.

We walked in without a reservation and from the moment we walked in, everything was very smooth. The waiter Cristi was very pleasant and was very patient making cocktail recommendations as well as appetizers. We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere with perfect timing on drinks and food. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful dining experience. My wife and I were celebrating our 7 year wedding anniversary and the staff took the time to sign a card congratulating us. The food was amazing and the service top notch. I would highly recommend 7908. If we’re ever back in Aspen, we will go back.

Had the Opportunity to have dinner with my son over Christmas holidays. From start through dessert was a gastronomical treat. I cannot think of a negative thing to post. The waitstaff were what you expect at upscale place; knowledgeable and attentive, but not overbearing. 7908 is a great atmosphere for gathering of friends and loved ones.
