Casa Tua Aspen

Casa Tua here is cozier than the Miami spot, which is a nice change. The pastas are fantastic - really can't go wrong with any of them. And you've got to try the Veal Milanese, it's a must! Just a heads up, though, our server was a bit too pushy trying to sell the priciest items on the menu. Keep that in mind, but overall, it's definitely worth a visit.

It was a great meal, second time at the Aspen restaurant and it’s amazing, the food is amazing. Andres is an Argentinean server and he is great, kind and attentive to us. For appetizer fondue is an amazing choice and the pasta is GREAT

Loved the ambiance inside and outside. Drinks were great, we both ordered pasta which were also great. Little bit loud inside but overall a cute restaurant

My top choice for dining out!
Everything is just so stylish, beautiful, delicious. I just love. Casa Tua always brings me joy, whether in Aspen or Miami, it's just the best.

Had a large group dinner one evening and it did not disappoint at all. Loved it! Here are my takeaways:

Environment
Beautiful and intimate space. Since I was with a large group we were able to dine upstairs where I learned is usually reserved for members and large events. It was beautiful with low lights and a great ambiance. Great for a date night. I loved the art on the walls.

Service
The food was served buffet styled so I really didn't get much face time with servers. When we did eventually sit the server was friendly and accommodating and made sure we got what we needed. The bartender was really great and welcoming and knew what he was doing. Very social, warm and polite - would definitely go back to just get a drink from him - always great to have good energy bartenders.

Food and Drinks
The food was wonderful. Everything was delicious and tasty. I wont name everything here but go look at my pictures and just know that everything I've posted was great. From the pasta to the salmon to the asparagus - all good! lol I was pleasantly surprised.

Overall
Loved the ambiance and the food and I will definitely stop by whenever I make a trip back to aspen.

Excellent dining experience at Casa Tua! On short notice, the restaurant accommodated our party of 8 for a celebratory lunch. We dined on the scenic patio. The dishes were innovative and tasty, and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. As an example, they were able to make substitutions to some pasta dishes to accommodate some dietary restrictions. I shared the chicken paillard and Niçoise salad with my partner, both were delicious.

Incredible dining experience! The food was delicious and the service was top notch. We were seated late for our reservation and the manager was incredible about making sure we were happy with our experience. Offered us each a drink on the house and dessert. The servers were very knowledge and there was no stone left unturned. Highly recommend!!!

Had a fantastic experience at Casa Tua Aspen with a party of 13 about a week ago. The restaurant has found the way how to accommodate our large party during the peak season, while other restaurants have a month wait list. The food was fantastic, everything was delivered on time. Drinks- absolutely phenomenal! Despite language barriers, our Russian-speaking server went above and beyond, showcasing friendliness and impressive knowledge while gracefully accommodating our requests. Highly recommend!

Dined at Casa Tua after a long day of skiing and had a wonderful meal. The food and ambiance were both outstanding. The service was great as well, all three of us loved our dishes. On a separate note, the outdoor seating area at the restaurant in the summer is fantastic.

Very cozy restaurant with excellent food. Bobby was our server and he very attentive and very friendly.

This was one of the most personable and warmest restaurants I have been to. Food was excellent, very well presented and served. Staff is over the top gracious. Highly recommend this restaurant. I will surely dine here again.

Casa Tua is a place to be in Aspen. Make reservations a few days in advance! The patio area, where we sat, is wonderful and great for people watching. The dishes are definitely pricey, but it is Aspen, and everything is that way. All the dishes we had were amazing, and I think they are perfect portion. Me and my husband had 3 courses each, and shared everything. It’s a lot of food, but we like to try as much as we can. There is an impressive wine list and the cocktails are great as well. The bottle beer comes out in a bucket of ice, and the kids pasta is a very large size. We had the 2 of the specials, one was a beef carpaccio with Parmesan, fig, and arugula, the other special was a fish carpaccio, I believe with a ponzu sauce, both very tasty, but I do prefer the beef over the fish. We also tried the Pata Negra, which was really good but definitely not worth the price. We also tried the Cacio Pepe, Mushroom Fettuccine, and King Crab Ravioli. All delicious, I think our waiter said the mushroom fettuccine is the most popular dish and I can see why. For dessert we ordered the Hazelnut Gelato for 2, it is insanely big, but I must say the gelato is so good. They actually pour it into the machine and make it fresh when you order it, so it takes about 15 minutes to get it. Service was very attentive, they had about 3 people working on one table, maybe sometimes a little too attentive. I think I kind of realized that they are trying to turn the tables faster to keep up with their reservations. I also saw that there was like 3 managers constantly on their ipad and phone watching tables and I’m assuming updating which table are close to done or not. Overall, I recommend it, it definitely fits in with the Aspen scene.

Wonderful high class dining experience. Outdoor patio ambiance is relaxing and enjoyable. The menu options are classy and creative with flavor galore. Dress code is a mix of dressed up to relaxed wear coming from a hike. Do endeavor here.

The food was absolutely delicious and the serving size portions were very generous, we actually took part of our meal home to enjoy the next day. The wait staff and sommelier were amazing and made the experience a wonderful evening. This is the 5th time we have dined at Casa Tua Aspen and we are never disappointed. Fabulous Italian restaurant - the burrata is rich and creamy, the cacio e pepe and the mushroom fettuccine are delicious, and the cheesecake is absolutely to die for! We were a large group without a reservation, and they were still able to accommodate us, which was amazing.

Nothing better than fondue and pasta after skiing. Highly recommended the ricotta cavaletti. Staff is highly welcoming, especially Andres. Deep wine selection from all over the world. Order everything, eat everything.
