Beautiful trail with minimal other people on it. Although the trailhead isn't well marked (if at all) the trail is easy to follow with a well worn path. There are some old rustic cars on the route that are fun to look at along the way. The trail can get steep, but is very manageable. The trail is fun and worth it, doesn't take more than a few hours max to complete.

Tons of trails in the area, some lead to amazing views. Most of the trails have a creek near them, and mushrooms are found everywhere in abundance and variety. The parking lot is huge, but there are no restrooms, picnic tables, or names to the trails. This is a great place to go get into nature.

Beautiful spot we happened upon by chance. We saw the big meadow and my kids said that is where they wanted to hike. We spent a long time just admiring the lean- to and trying to build our own. We walked pretty far down the trail and turned around when we realized we had a long uphill to hike back up on.

This was a beautiful hike. It wasn't difficult some rough spots but nothing too intense. One of my new favorites!!

Very pretty. Hiking trails through very lush, green trees and tons of wild flowers. Beautiful views of the mountains as well.

This is one of the closest hiking areas to Denver (30-35 miles and 40-50 minutes) where you can have the trail to yourself and still be in a pretty location. There's trails everywhere and the system is almost under utilized. Lot's of mushrooms everywhere.

Beautiful trail up Squaw Pass road where we’ve enjoyed many a hike! Beware of nice uphill climb at the end.

Beaver Brook Watershed Trail was a happy find. From the ample parking lot, follow the service road a short distance through a beautiful meadow, but make a left when you see a small foot trail going into the forest. Keep your eyes open for old homestead ruins and an old Model A Ford rotting where it was abandoned, who-knows-when. A number of lean-tos are in the area where people occasionally camp, and the forest is... simply... stunning. Listen for owls and watch for northern flickers.

This is an excellent parking spot on Squaw Pass. Great trail access and enough parking for everyone. Not to mention the beautiful drive up the hill!

Very good trails and very beautiful scenery that people who love the outdoors can go out and enjoy. You have different levels of trails to try out from novice to difficult. The scenery is really good at different times of the year. Summer wildflowers, fall foliage and great snow scenes in the winter.

This is a great trail if you want to do a short hike or an extended hike. You can actually hike to the trailhead of windy saddle. I think next time we will do that hike and park our car at both ends which appears to be about 10 miles one way. There are a couple of very large rock slides when you get closer to windy saddle that if you are tired it would be nice to have hiking Poles .
