Even though floodwaters created a lake in our booth from a sudden rain/hailstorm the first night of the Fine Art Festival, the calf-high water percolated away in an hour. We were pleasantly surprised at the obviously well engineered plan to remove flood waters. Just a warning...go to higher ground within the park in case of torrential rain. Excellent art show.

Beautiful Park, had a nap under a tree in the grass before a storm came rolling in. Great place to hang out in the summer.

A lovely space with a gazebo in the middle of Aspen. Many events and expos can be hosted here, including the 17th annual Aspen art fair that I attended yesterday. Wonderful art exhibits in a multitude of media.

Nice to visit Aspen but it's just not my style. This little gem of a park is an Oasis of peace and calm in the bustelling town. I enjoyed Glenwood Springs much more.

Beautiful park in/near downtown Aspen. Perfect for walking your dog, picnic, maybe tossing a ball, but for sure watching traffic (like my buddy & I do while calling out "Range Rovers")

Very beautiful park. We loved the big trees and the bench underneath the big pine trees. Very nice place to have a picnic and hang out.

Its the only place within Aspen that has free parking before 6pm, but it depends on which side of the park. Other than that, it's a really nice park!

The gazebo has beautiful flower baskets and the grass is green as can be. Great place for a picnic.
