Here for the season and broke my tooth in half. The Aspen smile team were super accommodating and helpful. Dr.Ian and his staff were amazing to me. Would definitely recommend them.

Ian the dentist and his staff - especially Sherri - were top notch in every respect. We are grateful for their excellent work, prompt scheduling, and kindness.

I recently underwent a rather daunting dental procedure, which involved bone removal prior to fitting a new crown. Given the intimidating description of the operation and past negative dental experiences, I approached this procedure with significant apprehension.

However, my experience couldn't have been more opposite to my fears. The procedure was flawlessly executed, resulting in minimal swelling, and, to my astonishment, pain so minimal I didn't even reach for an Advil.

I attribute this positive experience to the exemplary care provided by Dr. Ian Lowell, his dental surgeon Dr. Cochran, and their dental assistant, Katie Kloster. Their professionalism, combined with genuine care, compelled me to share my experience in the form of this review.

If you're in Aspen, CO, and seeking top-tier dental care, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ian Lowell and his team. Thank you all for transforming my dental experience and providing such impeccable care.

I would highly recommend Aspen Smile Dentistry.. My daughter had a dental emergency that day, we called our dentist but they were too busy to accommodate her. I called Aspen Smile Dentistry and they immediately made an appointment for my daughter even they are very busy.. I really appreciate them, especially Sherri at the front desk.. everyone there was very nice, The dentist assured me there was nothing to worry about. they're quick and very professional..the fact that they were able to check my daughter without prior appts. I can tell they really care about the patients..

I had an urgent dental issue while visiting Aspen. Even though the office was closed that day, Dr. Ian Lowell took my call and was able to resolve my situation. If he’s that helpful to a stranger from out of town, he must be extraordinary for his regular patients.

Fell on my teeth hiking and my veneers crumbled. Called Aspen Smile based on a google search. Dr. Ian got me in immediately. Everyone was super nice and professional. He made me a beautiful set of temporaries. I was prepared to pay much more based on his estimate, but when I checked out, it was less than a third. When I asked why, he said he felt bad that it happened when I was on vacation and wanted me to enjoy my visit.

I was in town for business and a temporary onlay fell off a week before I’d be able to see my home dentist, and just before a holiday weekend. Contacted them Friday AM and they were highly responsive: squeezed me in day of before the holiday weekend to adhere it back on. Extremely quick and easy procedure, but necessary/urgent. While I was steeling myself to pay Aspen prices out of pocket for those few minutes, Dr. Lowell didn’t charge a thing (!!!)

Deeply appreciate the kindness, efficiency and quality care to resolve a minor emergency that was causing me great stress. If my experience is representative of how they approach their practice and patients, you’re in great hands.

I had a major inlay come off of my molar during a trip to Aspen. I called seeking an emergency visit and they were able to fit me in. The communication was great, the dentist and hygienist and receptionist were all very kind and effective and in communication with one another. I didn’t have insurance coverage and they also helped me out. Highly recommend for quality of service and effectiveness.

If you want an honest opinion - this is the best dentistry to get it. My previous dentist was trying to extract money from me with fake diagnosis.
I have been very pleased with the services here - excellent assessments and care. I only have one crown and the Dr. did an excellent job.

I can't say enough good things about this dentist! I was on a flight to Aspen from Los Angeles and had a dental emergency. I googled them
And called them and in 15 minutes I was in the chair getting everything fixed good as new. This is how all business' should be ran. What an amazing staff and dentist so welcoming and kind. If I was to move here or come here again there is no other dentist I would use or recommend.

Ian Lowell is an excellent dentist. He tells you what’s happening every step of the way. He fixed my front tooth that I cracked and did an exceptional job his support staff is thoughtful and kind and incredibly professional. I highly recommend him and his team!

I was nervous going for the first time at the dentist in another country than my home country, but as soon as I stepped in the cabinet, I felt so good. Everybody was so friendly and with a good vibe in the morning. Katie and dr. Ian took care of me and everything was so smooth.
My permanent retainer got unglued from one of my tooth and the whole procedure to fix the issue took around 5minutes.
What I really appreciate is that they really care about your opinion and your honest feedback.

I was in Aspen on vacation, and had a dental emergency due to a split molar. The nice folks at Aspen Smile Dental got me in to see Dr. Lowell on short notice (same day) right after Labor Day weekend. After long time searching good dentist in USA specially Aspen, basalt & in vally and a very bad experience it took me a long time to find a great dentist in Budapest& Turkey travel from USA to go to overseas Turkey for implants & cleaning and check up and stay there for week and back ,since 2014 back and forth doing this believe me it’s true .And very happy for doing that ! Dec 2022 my back tooth which is implant back side chipped, I was thinking to take a flight back to Turkey , I search to see some one can fix it , I find nearby walking distance Aspen Smile Dentistry , I go there without app Dr check & in a 2 days new crown ! I can’t ask for better 👍after my great experience with him I won’t go back overseas, I will go straight to Aspen smile , I trust them , great service,

I'm currently on vacation in Aspen and last night while I was having dinner my veneer fell out. I went to Aspen Smile Dentistery early in the morning and not only was I lucky enough to be admitted without prior notice, but they didn't even charge me for cementing the veneer. They were so friendly and great with my daughter. It was her first visit to the Dentist today, she was very nervous. They had her laughing and created a great experience. I’m so relieved she is no longer afraid and looking forward to her future visits.

I responded to a mailing from Aspen Smile Dentistry. Though I had no referrals, I knew I needed to see a dentist. My appointment today went smoothly. The staff was cordial & efficient taking multiple xrays of my mouth. Once the data was in, Dr. Ian Lowell explained the details, and asked what my concerns were. Then he proceeded to outline the proposed treatment to address the needed procedures, and gave me options addressing my concerns. I left there with a plan and the feeling of a pleasant experience. I'm even looking forward to going back!
