Steak House No. 316

Decor and Atmosphere are interesting, elegant and researched, as well as the Music. The personnel is considerate and the food is delicious: I enjoy the oysters and shrimp as starters with a glass of champagne. The lamb rack is tender and juicy, the side dishes are tasty.
Will always go back!

Thanks to Alex and the staff for the nice dinner. We loved it all. My food was a bit too sweet but aside from that it was pretty perfect for the steakhouse experience. I got sole and they deboned it for me. Thank you sincerely for that.

Food was great. All in our party loved their food! The tomahawk was so good i had no problem asking for the bone to be wrapped in foil so i could nibble on it for breakfast! 😅

I must say I was very impressed with 316. The food was spectacular!! We ordered the tomahawk for 2 with street corn and sautéed spinach. Everything was delicious!!

This place is a vibe! We have nothing but great things to say about the food, atmosphere and the staff. It’s worth trying if you are in Aspen.

We got the crab cakes which were wonderful and the buratta which was OK. The filet and truffle butter is highly recommended as well the Oscar style. The drinks were also wonderful.

All around excellent evening. Great food, superb steaks perfectly done, great sides. Crab cake app was delicious. Super expensive, around $200/person (assuming a drink or two, tax & tip). Worth it for special occasions.

Great bar! Fantastic place to go and grab a seat on your own or with a friend or date. Meet some fun people. It was a perfect start time the night!

Alex and Pablo were incredible! The food was the best! We had the wedge, octopus and wagu special… wow wow wow! The steak melted in my mouth like butter! Yum

Amazing experience. Steaks (New York strip & ribeye) were amazing. The potato pave, brussel sprouts, broccolini, & key lime pie were also extremely tasty. Highly recommend this spot!

I had to order the tomahawk! I’ve never been somewhere that served it and wow I was so impressed! The service was amazing and the vibe inside the entire house was amazing! I’d recommend this place to anyone and would hope you enjoy it as much as I did. We also got the lobster Mac and cheese and was amazed at how big of the chunks of lobster that were in it.

Top notch in Aspen for sure, best steak house in Town. Beautiful place, it is just indescribable when places have red and black on walls and the seating. Sexy, classy and just upscale. Wonderful waitresses and waiters. Thank you Carlos and Carrie. Excellent steak house in Aspen.

Amazing service by Clinton and Alex and Brent as usually on our 4th New Years dinner in this steakhouse. Everyone was so professional and personable, what a gem of and employee! Amazing ambiance, divine food, very pleasant and helpful coat guardian Lady. Excellent chef and support staff! We are looking forward to next year!!!

Went for dinner for hubby birthday. 2nd time dining at this place. Excellent restaurant. The food was to the point. Our server was good. Definitely recommend this place

Allen has a lot of high end restaurants (with prices to match). Steak House No. 316 is no exception, but it is as good as a steakhouse gets. When ordering sides, don't miss the potatoes pave with bernaise - originally a creation of Thomas Keller (of French Laundry fame). We were there to splurge and left sated and contented.

Love the vibe of this restaurant! Reservation was at 7pm on a Sunday - place was packed! Comfortable and elegant with dark/moody lighting. Extensive wine list. Our waitress (Jessica?) Was attentive, without hovering. Onion ring tower appetizer to start - thick cut onions, lightly battered. Lobster tail was one of the best! Steak cooked to perfection. Side of blistered peppers went well with the our rare tenderloin. Save room for the bread pudding!

This steakhouse has a cool old-school vibe and excellent service. My steak was cooked to perfection, and the crab cake was also delicious with big lumps of crab. The wine list is extensive, and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend making a reservation in advance, as this restaurant is popular.

We came to Aspen for a weekend of biking and a nice meal to celebrate and man did we pick the right spot! I’ve had my eyes on the tomahawk ribeye for weeks and it did not disappoint. It was the highlight of the weekend! Better than the biking. Will return asap!!!

I thought I was walking into White House Tavern, which is next door I think? Anyway, best mistake I've made in a while. I was in flip flops and a tee shirt and the staff made me feel comfortable anyway. Lauren is the best!

Hands down the best steak I've ever had. Charred perfectly, seasoned generously, and prepped just the way I like it!

Not to mention, the ambience and attentative service - a job well done!
