Jing Aspen

Stopped into Jing while shopping in Aspen on November 14th. What a great escape in the mountains! Delicious food, Happy Hour specials were amazing, and a well run dining room. The staff was patient and helpful as we navigated the menu. I’ve never had a “Soup Dumpling” before, but they were the best thing I had eaten in Aspen. A must visit.

The best asian restaurant in Aspen. We visit every so often(from florida) and make sure we make a reservation at Jing. The atmosphere and service is amazing. The owner always makes it a memorable experience. The wagyu shabu shabu is my go to, and the soup dumplings are delish. I highly recommend trying Jing!

Highly recommend the Aspen roll and french onion soup dumplings. A little overpriced but the food tasted really good! I’d definitely come again! It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Aspen.

4/19/2024: Our favorite dinner spot so far during our week-long vacation! The best dumplings I've ever had!!! I'll be dreaming of the blue crab dumplings and Kobe beef dumplings. The beef fried rice, the strong drinks (the Blushing drink is also a pretty pink) and the scallops were perfect, and the interior is bright and lively. In a town that feels ghostly in its off-season, Jing stands out and feels like a South Beach spot on a Friday night. Our Server Srdjan was genuinely friendly, efficient despite dealing with a large party, and he's a great conversationalist on Serbian basketball players past and present in the NBA. The pretty Host (and Owner?) was so welcoming and attentive. I wish we found this place earlier in our trip!

Great Asian restaurant and happy hour spot on Main in Aspen. Happy hour is 430-6 and had heavily discounted specials on select drinks, sushi and apps. Friendly and attentive staff, nice elegant setting, tasty and high quality foods. Some vegan options.

Very flavorful Asian food - in the broadest sense of the word. A large menu spanning options from various Asian cusisines and fusion, adaptations. It was super busy and loud when we were there. They do a good job of accomodating larger groups but if you're not with a large group, it may not be the best choice.

This restaurant is a must-try for their amazing oysters and super fresh fish! Highly recommended for seafood and sushi lovers

Great Asian food in Aspen! We started with the Hot and Sour shop, then had the Aspen and Colorado Sushi. Their Shanghai dumpling had the right flavors. Or main course was a well prepared Singapore noodle and Prawn and Scallop stir fry. Frank was the best host.

I loved my experience at Jing Aspen. It’s on the more casual side of places to eat in Aspen. I went with a party of 15 and we were all comfortably accommodated. The food is very tasty and there is a wide selection of Asian fusion dishes. You can pick anything from sushi, soups, salads, to dumplings, rice, noodle, Waygu beef dishes. The owner and staff are super nice and welcoming. They gave us free tequila
shots for our friends birthday!

Always on the cutting edge! We had the most incredible uni, flown in fresh that day from Hokkaido.

One of my favorite places in Aspen! I came here twice on my trip! The outdoor seating was really nice. Dog friendly, which was perfect because I had my dog with me. The service was great too! There are a lot of delicious items on the menu but I definitely recommend: Gyoza-Pan Fried Dumplings, Chicken Satay & Volcano Roll.

Best dining experience in Aspen! I love the dumplings, new style sashimi, and fried rice dishes. They were able to accommodate me without a reservation. Looking forward to going back soon.

The aspen roll might be my favorite sushi roll in the whole world!

the food is very good and the menu is quite variety. Seafood, chinese, japanese ( Sushi, nigiri, sashimi) i love fresh oysters and seafood.

Our first time to Aspen and just took a chance went in to the very busy Jing place. Instead of waiting we decided to sit in the bar which turn out to be a great choice! The bartender Angelica was great and we had a wonderful time. The spicy seafood pot was very tasty with some side dishes we were both very full. The owner Frank was very nice to come out chat with us that made the dinner extra special. We definitely will be back next time in Aspen.

We loved the experience. Chef is so cool and food had so many vegetarian choices and yummmy.

We went up to Aspen for xgames and can’t wait to come back just for this sushi place! Music, vibes, food and staff were all incredible

While Jing was serving on their patio, we opted to eat in the park! We are GF and I am normally a little concerned ordering over the phone, but Jing made it easy as all their food is made with GF soy sauce and they are very aware of cross contamination. I ordered Frank’s Truffle Kale Fried Rice
(black truffle, kale, shiitake, edamame, onion, egg) and a salmon sashimi. It was absolutely amazing! Very fresh, the blend of the flavors were superb and the take-out service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Jing in Aspen!
