ASSW was great to work with. In particular, the manager, Schei, was extremely helpful, very responsive and just a true professional. They were able to help me out with storage space and assist with shipping and receiving in a short time frame. I hope to use them again for future needs and strongly recommend.

Have leased seasonal parking space for my Airstream Interstate for several years. Schei is a terrific help. She was particularly helpful when my battery died, going out of her way to help address the issue. She made sure all was well and helped me on my way. I really enjoy working with her and look forward to returning each season knowing how well the property is managed under her caring advocacy.

Beyond anything else I have found in the valley. Five stars to Schei and company, the level of customer service is compassionate and authentic, and the pricing is very fair.

Schei was wonderful to work with; she was responsive, helpful and kind. Also, the logistics of getting, having, and moving out of the storage unit were simple.

Long time customer of Aspen Self Storage and have had nothing but a great experience with exceptional service. I have deliveries dropped off a couple times a month and Schei, the manager, always alerts me when delivery drivers are there as often the drivers are supposed to call in advance and don’t and Schei is always prompt with an update and really easy and friendly to work with. I really appreciate the service by Schei and Aspen Self Storage.

I have been a tenant at Aspen Storage for about 2 years. When I first inquired about renting a unit I met the Manager Shai who with a warm sincere manner informed me that their is No Vacancy and a waiting list. Surprisingly a month or so later…. BINGO !!! I received a call from Shai that a Unit was available. I was in the process of opening a new business in Aspen and was in desperate need for space to store equipment waiting for 4 months to get a Building Permit from the City of Aspen. The premises are always clean, plowed in a timely manner and most importantly reasonable rates which is extremely unusual in Aspen. Thank You Shai and keep up the great job.

Aspen Self Storage Warehouse has been very easy to work with and the management is superb! When traveling across the country, having a place to safely store your stuff can be a big deal. Aspen Self Storage Warehouse has taken care of that and made it hassle free.

I am getting ready to empty my storage here. I have had my unit for quite some time now. Jessica has been amazing answering all my questions any time I have ever called. She went out of her way to take time to show me how to make my payments online. I must say the site is much more organized since her arrival and she is always very nice. My experience with Aspen Self Storage has always been good. I would recommend them for your storage needs. They are in the AABC - so close and convenient. Thank you!
