I just want to give a very BIG KUDOS to the manager Steven. I sat in the drive thru ordering for my cousin who wanted to use her rewards. In the middle of me ordering the girl says, "I'm sorry we're in the middle of a shift change, one moment." We sat waiting for 10-15 min...I'm not sure what took place, but he apologized and corrected the problem without fuss or drama. You could tell he was surprised by what happened, but his demeanor was still calm and pleasant. He even gv me complimentary cookies for our wait. You NEVER get a human being with compassion for their paying customers when something goes wrong. And Steven was truly a breath of fresh air. THANK YOU STEVEN, MANY BLESSINGS TO U SIR, YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!

No matter how long the line maybe inside or out they are quick. Food is always hot and fresh. Very friendly staff.

I had the fish sandwich combo with no tartar sauce, the bread was a little tough. Other than that the fries was fresh

The nuggets were kool. Just one thing if you would shake the basket when the buzzer goes off the nuggets would not stick together and making me & everyone eles eating uncooked batter which is never on my menu of choice.

Prettiest fast food delivery ever! Only thing they missed was a straw for my Mocha coffee. Still, plus on time super Postmates delivery driver, 10. Chicken biscuit/hash brown, Mocha coffee, 2 blueberry muffins.

Quick service, and they were pretty busy. The store is overall clean. Workers weren’t rude.

I went through the drive-thru on 12/3 around 7:30pm and was impressed by the young guy and girl who were working the windows! They were both peppy and had great attitudes. There was no line and the food was hot, which has been a rarity at McDonalds (any location) recently. So shout out to those two, I hope the manager or owner sees this and lets them know!

I just went at the height of Saturday breakfast expecting the worst. Even with a busy drive thru, my order was taken quickly, it was accurate, fresh, and all of the ladies working were great. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was correct. I hope these employees are being treated well, because they are doing an excellent job!

The young male working drive thru had the best of customer service you could ask for! Super friendly and engaging, was an amazing experience. Give him a raise!

the staff are always friendly and helpful. around lunch time they're usually pretty busy, but that's not their fault. this location is very consistent with the food quality, I never have issues here

The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars all the way everytime my fiancée orders a double or triple cheeseburger tjeyhave been practically overcooked burnt on the ends. It also takes forever at the Gravois/Hampton area and Jefferson 44 area ones I mean sometimes I'm in the drive in for 30 mins at those two places. If I'm sitting that long my food shouldn't be dried out or burned at all.

This is one of the very few decent McDonald's left. I think the manager's name may of been Erin she is is always extra pleasant and helpful wether she's busy or not....

Probably the only good McDonalds in the city.

This store has come a long way!!! I used to hate to come in this location, but now it's got a lot better! The new people that got hire seem to give the store a glow. It still a couple of people that need to go, but we just look over them. But overall this experience was truly a 5 starr

Came through drive through during a morning rush and ALL of our food was hot, correct, everybody was friendly from the speaker to the person handing us our food. It’s nice to see for a change .

They go above and beyond to make sure your service is above and beyond

Best McDonald's in South City. Food is always fresh and service is fast and friendly. They are doing it right despite the challenges of the pandemic. Much respect for the workers here. They seem to take pride and it is noticeable.
