Paradise Bakery & Cafe

This place is tiny, but has all of the goodies! The gelato is OMG good. The sample tastes they handed out were huge as well, allowing you to really get the flavor. The staff were super nice as well. I had the Black Forrest (delicious dark cherries and a slab of dark chocolate) and the Banana Nut (banana ice cream with peanut butter and nuts). A mini cookie on top was an additional surprise! Unique homemade flavors. I’ll be back!

The paradise bakery is a small place that packs flavor and baked goodness in well beyond it's presence. My wife and I visited on several occasions, both morning and night and found surprisingly fast service for such a busy establishment.

Baked goods were fresh with many choices. The drink orders are a bit limited compared to big chain stores but we're executed competently. Espresso roast is ok, mild for a popular appeal.

This is an excellent location on a Saturday night and the bakery sometimes has small musical acts in the courtyard outside. Parking can be a bear. Circle the block counter clockwise to wait for a space. It's worth it.

Amazing gelato! The lemon flavor was so creamy and not too sweet. Muffins were also good, and very large. Keep in mind that there is no seating and you need to take your items to-go, or eat it outside on the benches.

Delicious treats and coffee and super quick service. We came here all 3 days when we were in Aspen. I highly recommend the chocolate croissant and the vegetarian burrito but everything looked delicious.

LOVED this bakery, once we had it one morning we were hooked going again. Definitely get a Croissant in favor of a Muffin, we did both on our first trip and the croissant won out for the remainder of our visits (specifically the blueberry cheesecake one and the cherry one). My husband LOVED the iced mocha latte, and woke up craving it! Note, you will order inside and wait outside at a window, so make sure you bring your gloves on colder mornings!

Such a cute little shop! I highly recommend the black diamond cookie for sure!!! The store is a little cramped but makes up with taste definitely.

I am amazed with this place. We ordered two mocha lattes, they tasted so good. Then two breakfast bagels, so so delicious. But the highlight of the order was an almond croissant. Wow that thing was to die for. Like the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. I will be dreaming of returning to Aspen just for that croissant.

Their gelato was really good! Staff are really nice, and later, one of the employees came out to offer a puppy treat for my dog! They pay attention to small things and care about their customers! I also got the muffins (not pictured) -lemon poppy seeds and blueberry. I didnt get their cookies because it looked too sweet but, I didn't know that this place is known for the cookies!! I really wish I got all the flavors of muffins and cookies... now I don't know when I will be back in Aspen. I really wish they would deliver so then I can try all other flavors of cookies and muffins. I definitely miss this place already. I will have to be back in Aspen for this place!

best gelato in the valley, top 3 in the state. I always stop in. their vegan flavors are fire too.

the baked goods are solid. Mostly the muffins, sweat breads and cookies.

the breakfast burritos are excellent when they are on, and just ok when not. 50/50 in my experience

the espresso is dark, so go affogato!

This little bakery and cafe was so cute. Lots of baked goodies and homemade gelato. We got the chocolate cherry cheesecake gelato and some iced coffees. Everything was delicious. The setup is cute with an ordering line inside and then the delivery window outside. It’s located on a corner with some nice benches to sit and enjoy your treat! Friendly and fast service.

Best bakery and cafe in Aspen. Baked goods were out of this world.

I love this place. Iconic Aspen classic. Baked goods and vegan ice cream are 10/10. Highly recommend this place. Also love that they added more vegan flavors this year

This bakery/ ice cream place is so delicious. That was my morning place to get soy Matcha latte. Pastry and ice cream is so delicious 😋. friendly personnel. In the evening you can get some ice cream or Cookies and listen to live music.

Amazing cafe!! I ordered an oat milk latte and oat meal chocolate chip biscuit.

I went back and ordered croissant with bacon, egg, and cheese. It was delicious: warm egg, melted cheddar with crunchy bacon—the perfect balance of soft, rich, savory, and crunchy. I also ordered purchased a mixed dozen of biscuits to take home for my family.

It’s Aspen—it is expensive! It’s worth plunking down your card and enjoying the Aspens and Mountains.

My travel companions loved the chai tea with oat milk, iced latte and cherry croissant, plain croissants—beware the croissants are the size of your head; a local suggested his order of a vanilla milkshake with honey. The gelato looked amazing—they had their version of Cookie Monster. My son would have been over the moon.

We’ve gone to this place twice already; that’s how good these treats are. We tried their iced dirty chai, their morning glory muffin and their cream cheese brownie (my favorite)

Not cheap, two coffees and a brownie run you about $24 but worth every penny.

The Gelato is fantastic. They have a great selection of flavors to choose from. A friend of mine had the carrot cake and said it was the best he's ever had. Great place to bring the kids.

Wonderful shop. We grabbed a few big boxes of pastries for work events and they were kind, helpful and quick. There is a bit of a wait but they are very busy so give them 5 minutes and they will give you something quality.
