The St. Regis Aspen Resort

I would like to express my full recommendation of the St Regis hotel Aspen ,

The hotel it’s self has one of the most beautiful building in town , the best but I express best service with its diverse ethic staff , the hotel lobby has a wonderful setting and lounge vibes for drinks and food. The food is exaggeratedly good.

Everyone in this hotel both guests and staff are so cultured and classy.

I specifically want to Recommend the concierge Guru , showing outstanding service both professional and personal Maxwell Levy. This man will go all out to make a guest experience A pleasant one even if he is of duty , this man made my honey moon with my wife one of my best trips.

Maxwell Levy showcases a world class service and highly recommend for any high roller looking for exceptional service

Primarily had cocktails in the bar area which is fantastic. Definitely a must-stop for anyone who's in the area and looking for a nightcap. Happy hour or some good food. The mushroom pizza that we had was so good that we came back the next night for it. Really nice hotel. Very beautiful inside. Will be going back when I'm there next time

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The lobby is luxurious and cozy at the same time with fireplaces in just the right spots. The hotel just went through a renovation, so no worries about wear and tear. The rooms are elegant, luxurious, well-appointed, and modern.

Lastly, I can't say enough about all of the staff. They are super friendly and professional. Special shout out to Kelly, the concierge, for making our stay fantastic. We'll definitely be back!

One of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was spacious and well appointed. The lobby bar was comfy yet elegant, with an excellent cocktail selection. And overall the staff were courteous, professional and accommodating in every respect. Not to mention you can walk to the gondola for Apex. Truly a magical experience.

My wife and I stayed for 3 days over the new year. It was our 3rd time at the hotel over the past couple of years. We had a fantastic time. Service was great, the room was spacious and very well maintained and there was a great buzz to lounge. My wife also really enjoyed her spa treatment. Call outs to Dani, Ross and Sam. Hope everyone has a good 2024!

This is a review for the spa only. I had a 60 minute massage with Farrah. I have had massages at hotels all over the world and this one was by far one of the best. She listened to every issue I was having, gave recommendations for at home relief, etc. She has great energy and you should ask for her if staying at the hotel. I hope the spa sees this and rewards their staff.

The only issue is we wish the hot tub was unisex to enjoy together pre-treatment, however, we used the one outside by the pool which was nicely laid out. The locker had two lefts for the slippers which was corrected.

Overall a 5+ star spa experience.

Spent 5 nights here this past week and it was a very positive experience. Been to Aspen many times and stayed at the W, Jerome and Nell previously. Our room was exquisite. Slightly smaller compared to Jerome and the Nell, but much larger than the W. The bell team was kind of enough to store our luggage after we unpacked which gave us more than ample room. Boris from the bell team was extremely professional and even left us a handwritten note; we were grateful to the interact with him at the beginning and end of our stay. Oscar at the front desk was remarkably personable and helped make us feel at home from the moment we stepped through the front doors. He found the most incredible room for us to enjoy the week in and was very professional when checking us out. Alejandro was our driver from the airport and multiple rides during our stay, he became family to us by the end of our stay.

We did have 2 less than positive experiences during our stay, that I will admit were outside of the Regis’ control. Ski valet services are outsourced to Christi’s Sports across the street. Unfortunately, they lost our ski poles on our final day. Their staff was less than professional. Additionally, the young lady bartender at the Snow Lodge (which I gather is technically separate from the Regis) was very rude and left us feeling unwelcome. We made it work and became regulars at the lounge bar where Bautista and Jason became family by the end of our stay and introduced us to the Argentinian special Fernet and Coke. These guys made us feel very special.

All in all it was an excellent trip and the accommodations were super, even for Aspen’s standards. While the common areas can become crowded, the staff treats hotel guests like royalty. We will be back soon.

Had the best time here. Hotel, and staff are wonderful. Especially the staff in the lounge in the lobby- Cardin, Valentina, Alfonso, and Renata made the experience unforgettable and provided the BEST service. Highly recommend!

Second year staying at The St. Regis! Beautiful resort, well located to everything on the square, & outstanding customer service. Although pedestrian to everything needed during the stay, the complimentary shuttle service was much appreciated, especially during extreme weather conditions. Absolutely recommend this place! Kudos to the team members for making this year another memorable stay.

Best hotel stay of my life. Beautiful room, perfect location, and most of all, the staff is genuinely inviting & warm. Hot tubs & pool are great too.

Upon checking into the hotel we received a room upgrade. We were celebrating my birthday and the staff decorated our room with balloons and sweet treats as well as my favorite cocktails and a bottle of Prisoner! Rahul (one of the managers) made sure our stay was the best. We will be back to this magical place soon!

Really beautiful hotel. All of the staff members we were in contact with were very friendly. We loved the champagne 🍾 sabre event each day. Plus they’re so pet friendly ! Valet is worth it for sure. In walking distance from great restaurants.

Ridiculous!!! Seriously….Stupid Good. Yes- the property is terrific. The service is good. The location. Ride to the slopes in an Escalade!! “10”. I’m a fan. Great food too. Get the sandwich in the morning at the bar. Amazing!!

The whole stay was great! Our server at the hotel bar, Bauti, gave us outstanding hospitality and is by far the most professional server I’ve had. Makes an amazing French 75 👌🏼

This is my first time in Aspen late fall/ early winter. A lovely hotel, has everything you need to relax. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, some little glitches were promptly resolved. I can't think of a better place to stay in Aspen.

My husband and I visited Aspen for one night for our wedding anniversary as part of our Colorado road trip.

This hotel was exceptional. We utilized the Butler service for some in-room services and Nathalia was phenomenal at organizing. She helped make our stay awesome. We felt so special throughout our stay.

The staff is also very attentive. We felt like the only priority when interacting.

Hotel is in walking distance to everything. The concierge mapped a wonderful evening and morning. We cannot recommend the St. Regis enough for a special treat. Thanks!

What an impeccable experience staying at the St.Regis is Aspen over labor day weekend. We had top notch service throughout and I was so impressed with Ben who is the assistant manager at valet. He was so helpful and accommodating to my friends and I during our stay. He went over and beyond for us. I am looking forward to staying again during the holidays.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful rooms and amenities, delicious food at their restaurant, and staff went above and beyond with anything we needed.

What an amazing spot and is pet friendly!!!! My two pups enjoyed the stay and the food. They also have a Bernese Mountain Dog roaming the hotel. Incredible and such a welcoming space!!!!!

We had a great time at the bar and restaurant area! Kumar was a fabulous server - very friendly and attentive! 10/10 recommend!
