This establishment has the best breakfast/lunch options in the whole village. The staff is friendly & bright. You can tell the food is made with a lot of love. What a great way to start the day.

Best lunch in Snowmass. Think I had the mushroom toasty and it was so good! Also good for breakfast and coffee. Highly recommend!

Fuel Cafe is a delicious breakfast and lunch spot in Snowmass for an excellent price! You have to go for breakfast and try their bagel sandwiches. My wife got a bacon, egg and cheese one and I got their hummus one and we both loved them. And you can't miss out on their smoothies as well! I got the banana blue and my wife got the green smoothie and they were so refreshing and filled with wholesome ingredients. I went back for lunch and got their vegan sandwich with sweet potatoes and avocado and it was incredibly tasty and came with a bag of chips. Everything was very well priced considering the location and it's a must-visit place in Snowmass!

Good cafe in the Snowmass Village mall. Dark roasted coffee. Awesome selection of breakfast foods and a good looking lunch menu. Limited season. We went during the start of snow season and it was jammed. Rad spot for chilling when you have some down time. Also- VERY friendly! Even though the line was out the door the guy working the register ran through it fast and with a positive attitude!!

Wonderful spot for a quick bite before hitting the slopes! Great burritos, smoothies and bagels. Best of all the owners are top notch warm and inviting, would recommend highly!

We’re visiting snowmass and we have been here every day for the last three straight days lol. It’s no secret that snowmass/Aspen food and drink can get pricey so it’s nice to have a casual, affordable place to get a quick breakfast or lunch and a FANTASTIC coffee! Best coffee in the area by far, the iced caramel latte with oat milk is heaven! The workers have been nothing but kind and helpful and music is always playing giving a great vibe and they make wonderful food! :)

I make own cortado every morning home. While i am away here in Snowmass CO, this place saved me. While no cortado on the menu, the barista *re*made one for me. So kind. And the breakfast burrito was great.

Huge servings for breakfast bagel and breakfast burrito and for less than $10 which is a steal these parts where things cost twofold what they do elsewhere.

Best breakfast in the valley! I work here in Snowmass Village and come here at least 5 times a week for breakfast. They have some of the best breakfast burritos/bagels and smoothies I've ever had. It is a bit on the pricier side, but you pay for good, quality food and FAST service. I've never waited more than a few minutes for my food, and the people grabbing your order are always friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good breakfast place!

Great quick stop for breakfast or lunch. Great bagel sandwiches, and not crazy expensive, which is saying something in this area. Nice chairs outside to sit down.

Great place for breakfast or lunch has several vegan options my buddy chance highly suggest it to anyone who’s coming in the town but don’t pay with a credit card pay with cash girl appreciate it more

Got the Mediterranean burrito, tropical peach smoothie, and the Blueberry muffin. All were really good. Not way overpriced but salsa on any of the burritos is $1 to add. Sheltered outdoor seating. Not sure if they indoor seating.

They do everything right here. Food is great, drinks are on point, and they have all kinds of options (including oat milk for your matcha lattes). All the makings of a top notch cafe.

Best place in Snowmass to get a coffee and sandwiches, burritos, tacos, bagels. If you are looking for a fast break from skiing, that's the place to go. Smoothies are amazing there and all the food is prepared with a lot of love! Best part of it all, they are super fast, even when there is a line, do not let it trick you. You never have to wait for your food. Food is freshly HOMEMADE (even the cream cheese). Staff is super friendly - I highly recommend it!

The best breakfast spot in the area. Fast service, food freshly made up for you, and very good prices for the area. Burritos are made to order, hot, and not soggy from sitting around hours like most places. Bagels are decent. Donuts are super sweet but super yummy.
