Horrible service. I found the snowboard I wanted to buy in this store, but I wanted to demo it first to be sure as i am an expert boarder and would know in less than an hour if it's what i want. I was told it would be $85 to demo. I came in the next day to get the demo and was told it would be a 3 day minimum rental so triple the cost i was quoted the day before. Who demos an expert, discontinued model for 3 days? I probably would have bought that board, but will now look for it elsewhere. Rude.

I bought some heated socks for $143. Didn't wear them at all, just unpacked the box to see how warm they would get, and they didn't work. I went back to the store explaining that the socks don't work and was told they won't accept returns. Even when the products they sell don't work?
- That's not good business. Now I'm down $143 and my feet are still cold

Many people on a lacrosse team ordered their uniforms over 9 weeks ago and nobody has received their uniforms.Credit cards have been charged (mine included) and now that 20% of the season is over, I would like a credit back. Others gave up and ordered through a different company 2 weeks ago and now they have uniforms from that company!
If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would but the system has 1 star as the lowest. Repeated calls to the company with voice messages left have gone unanswered. Repeated emails of inquiry have gone unanswered as well. STAY AWAY from Sidewinder is my advice.
