Excellent experience on the sunset backcountry dinner! A jeep tour to a remote, cozy cabin in the woods by a lake and dinner by the campfire under the stars listening to relaxing live music. Our driver Dylan who is also a rafting guide was very friendly and pleasant. And so were all other Blazing employees on this trip.
The food was very tasty - cowboy veggie soup, salad, choice of salmon and ribs. Yummy! If it rains dinner is served in the small pretty cabin.
Overall, very pleased with the sunset dinner. A great way to experience nature and have a unique dining experience. Restaurants in Aspen are so pricey - this is a good choice. Would highly recommend!

Best trip I have ever had!! Me and my daughters had a blast it was the perfect amount of everything! Incredible unforgettable experience! Mitch and Peter were the best guides and led us safely and excitingly through the rapids!

I came to Colorado from the east coast to hike, for the first time. Blazing Adventures Aspen set me up for a half-day hike with a wonderful guide. The guide and the office staff were outstanding for friendliness, timely and courteous replies, and being supportive in my requests. I can't say enough good stuff. I recommend them highly!

We have absolutely loved the activities we have done with this company. We did the jeep tour and the white water rafting during our vacation. Highly recommend this place. Our tour guide for both days was Grace and she is amazing. She was so patient with our son who was very scared of the rafting. He ended up having so much fun that he wants to do it again.

Blazing Adventures provided a perfect balance of serious, safety-first priority and a “we are here to have fun” objective.

Our Guide Ryan was very clear about the risks of the river and the importance to follow his lead. After the first set of rapids known as “entrance exam”, he established sufficient confidence in our group to take on the most exciting and challenging lines for the remainder of the trip.

There was no slacking off for this stretch. We had to be on point and paying attention, and we were rewarded with a perfect morning of adrenaline and water under bright blue skies.

Great service and great guides! We had Mitch, Mitch, and Taylor on both of our adventures (sunset dinner and Upper Roaring rafting trip). They are awesome! Both trips were fantastic! My mother in law said this was the best rafting trip she has done and everyone else (wife, father in law, myself and our 5 kids) thought it was awesome as well! We use Blazing Adventures every time. They are a top notch outfit!

Grace and Peter were AWESOME, friendly, knowledgeable, and super fun! It was my daughter’s first time rafting, and she couldn’t get enough! I just hope every future rafting experience is as perfect for her as this one!

Such a fun family experience! Ben was our expert guide last week. He was clear, kind, highly experienced, and knowledgeable about the area. We learned a lot about rafting and geology, which wa sa bonus. This was the 8 year-old's first time out and he helped him (and us parents!) feel safe in taking him out.
We especially appreciated that they accomodated our last-minute reservation.

My friends and I did two activities with Blazing Adventures - Jeeping and Rafting. We loved our guide the first day - RYAN L. - and so requested him for the second day. He is very knowledgeable, smart, interesting, humorous, fun and astute at reading his audience (how much and what kind of banter). He's great with kids. We loved his obvious passion for the town and Colorado.

Blazing Adventures is a well oiled machine and both trips were organized and ran very smoothly. We enjoyed the jeeping, getting Ryan's insights and felt it was worthwhile vs just seeing the mountain from the gondola. Rafting was great fun! We were extremely impressed with how Ryan guided the raft with minimal help from his inexperienced "crew", constantly looking far ahead and reading the river, rowing, and simultaneously pointing out things of interest, providing history, context and humor. He kept us safe and we had a blast.

They were safe, personable and gave easy instructions. I definitely recommend and will raft with them again. Mike and Mitch are great. I hope you get them as your instructors.

Had an incredible time hiking from Aspen to near Crested Butte with Paul and Niels. They were knowledgable, engaging and a ton of fun. Liz was a great driver/logistics coordinator as well. They clearly love what that do. All around a great team!

Diane was the perfect host and guide- full of knowledge so we really learned a lot. And she does it with so much fun we had an absolute blast.

This company has fun, vibrate employees that are energetic, funny, and knowledgeable. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend the Slaughter House tour. Our river guide, Taylor, was so fun and made our experience awesome. Conrad was also funny and energetic which really set the fun vibe for the tour. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough amazing things about John at Blazing Adventures!!! We are so grateful to him for 9 months of incredible communication, flexibility, and all around great service for our wedding’s transportation. John helped us problem solve many logistics and was always there to support us and our guests. He even found ways for us to save while keeping our guests’ experience stellar. We went on a full day rafting trip on the Arkansas River through Brown’s Canyon and it was amazing!!! Spencer, Kate, and Tess were awesome!!! They kept us safe while still maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere. 10 out of 10, would recommend, and we will definitely be back!!

I’ve been rafting many times. This crew takes their job safety seriously while putting on an impressive show at the same time. When they said Slaughterhouse was a thrilling ride they weren’t exaggerating. This was intense and breathtaking at the same time. True consistent Category 4 rapids from start to finish. Our guide, Tessa was awesome! I would trust her to guide me through any river adventure. Thanks for the memories guys!

We took a half day jeep ride thru the Aspen mountain area, it was fantastic... John a local was our driver and his knowledge and humor made the trip all the more fun .. I highly recommend Blazing adventure and would use them again
