I can not say enough about or experience here. Rooms are spacious and beautiful with fire places which I adore. Food is top in notch in ALL of the restaurants to include Ajax. Staff is amazing, so kind and accommodating. For example we were here for a birthday party and didn't have candles. We called the concierge and they ran over candles to Catch within 5 minutes on a Thursday night. My friend left her wedding rings on the sink and the bellman drove them to the airport to meet and give them to her. The hotel is in a great location that you can walk almost anywhere to shop and eat or you can take the shuttle. Would come here again and again.

My wife and I were married at the Nell 32 years ago. It was as beautiful a hotel then as it is now. The associates are always kind and helpful. Kudos to a wonderful staff!

I love photographing weddings at The Little Nell! Atop the Silver Queen gondola boasts the most impressive Elk Mountain range backdrop, perfect for beautiful celebrations. My sweet clients shared a short vow exchange at this stunning location and we loved every minute of it. Thank you - I can't wait to return to The Little Nell!

Stayed here 4-5 times and always been a great experience. I had an unfortunate ski accident on the mountain 2 years ago and one of the drivers drove me to the aspen valley hospital and waited for me to be admitted into the ER and picked me back up. Went above and beyond. professional and caring staff.

This hotel offers excellent services and room settings for a peaceful stay. I advise everyone who wants comfort, tranquility and first class service. Great for those who want to enjoy all the amenities of a lodging. I believe they will love it. It is a hotel to visit more than once a year.

5.5/5 stars. The Little Nell provides some of Aspen’s finest hospitality, for a price as high as the altitude. I was going to give 6 but this is already going to lean on being a very lavish review, so… here we are, attempting to temper some of the praise with little notes here and there about what to improve.

This review is for the off season, summer. It may be busier and have different types of guests in the winter.

From the moment you arrive you’ll stay in luxury here, and have multiple people ready to drop everything and accommodate your requests. That’s what you’re paying for. Aspects of the TLN like bathroom and bedroom in a normal king room rival some nicer 4 star hotels, in that you won’t see anything mind-blowing in terms of luxury, but it’s all nice and modern, and cleaned to a particularly thoughtful and high standard. Nothing is out of place. Amenities are organic and sustainable. (Huge praise for this)

And the food at the restaurant (element 47) is some of the best in Aspen, absolutely. Rigorously sustainable, fresh, delicious. Pricey at times but worth it, and not outlandish. Room service definitely commands a high price tag but is likewise fantastic since it’s from the very same high tier restaurant. Don’t miss the avocado toast and anything they do with eggs. Delightful.

The lobby adjoins luxury shops and is itself a tastefully decorated place to begin your journey here.

The staff are friendly to the last, and will lighten you of your burdens in any way imaginable. Don’t feel out of place requesting odd items, shipping services, or extra amenities of any kind. They’ll do their best to make it happen. I had 3-4 interesting odd requests across the weekend that were all fulfilled within an hour or so.

Beds are comfy, chairs are comfy. WiFi is ok but not lightning fast. Outlets are plentiful. Bathrooms feel like a cut above, really quite nice. Having a separate tub and shower is especially good to see.

At this time they also offer a highly attentive free shuttle service with Audi electric vehicles. Such a treat if you need to dart about town quickly, or escape a sudden rain storm.

I think negative reviews here highlight that your expectations should be high given the price and if they aren’t being met, people are getting very sour. But I think my high expectations were met and even exceeded in places.

It’s very dog friendly, surprisingly, given how nice the accommodations are - and this can lead to some barking at odd hours, but nothing that negatively affects the experience.

People in reviews seem to be roasting the spa. We didn’t use it, so can’t review that part: it’s being redone! So the negative reviews soon won’t be accurate as it’ll be renovated.

The pool area is great. Hot tub great. Everything has ample shade and plenty of staff keeping up appearances and offering incredible service. Water, fresh fruit and sunscreen are available poolside too. Little touches like that are so lovely to see! That’s what makes this place 5 stars after all. The details.

Of note; they also handled a wedding during our stay and it was done with utmost professionalism and class. No complaints.

If your wallet can handle it, I think The Little Nell fits the bill. It adjoins the silver queen gondola which can bring you far up the main slope too if needed, along with other chair lifts for skiing.

The entire experience has been an absolute dream! We had the pleasure in staying at The Little Nell Hotel which was an elevated experience on its own.
From the moment we were picked up by their chauffeur at the airport, to being welcomed by their staff and concierge we knew our stay was going to be unlike any other. Joe went above and beyond to help me surprise my other half!
This hotel definitely made it a memorable trip for us.

Just had lunch at Elements 47. The best food and service. Was taken care of when I first walked in by Bianca who was starting her first day of work here. She was super nervous but also very attentive to my request for table. It’s really good to find that kind of dedication with a positive personality.
Food was as the standard of the hotel, first class. A very pleasant experience so makes me always want to come back.

The food is excellent, I especially reccomend the Waygu Sliders! The rooms are top notch and the concierge is super helpful! Most of all though the best experience was from the hotel bat, Tyler, made it a point to engage with every single customer and never left a lull in conversation. The drinks were grade A and the service was beyond 5 stars!

Lives up to all your expectations, what lovely staff and accommodations. Their hospitality begins with the very booking process itself. I worked with their bookings agent Alex and she was just lovely, totally transparent and clear about all the ins and outs of the booking process, cancellation policies, etc. They’re invested in you having a fantastic end to end experience. 100% recommend.

The old adage is that people make the experience. We walked in after a missed connection and 4 hour drive on Thursday at 2:30AM from Denver and were greeted by two kind faces that seemingly were just waiting for us. That was our first experience with the Little Nell and it continued until we left on Sunday. There was no drop-off in affability or assistance anywhere—concierge, front desk, fitness area, poolside, shuttle service, cleaning crew were all top notch. I would also specifically mention Chase who not only felt like our own personal guide, but also made our sunset off-road adventure a unique and memorable experience.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. The facilities are reasonably updated also. The location is perfect. Don’t be scared away by the cost as you will definitely feel like you received more than you paid for in retrospect. We will most certainly look forward to returning some day. Thank you—Ken & Tammy

This was my first time in Aspen and first time staying at the little Nell. Our experience was amazing! The customer service at the front desk and the valet was top notch. Everyone was so kind and took care of any request we asked for. They remember you by name and make you feel very welcome. The maid service was also amazing. Every time we returned to our room, it was spotless and they refilled our drinks every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel with great customer service in Aspen!

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms, service and food are all exceptional. If you need anything, they take care of you here. They even made sure that my 4 year old was taken care of - robe in her size, stool so she could reach the sink, stuffed animals, books... she was in heaven. The oversized desk in the room allowed for me to work comfortably when I needed to. We also used one of the Audi's which was so convenient. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. We were sad when we had to leave. We will be back again and again.

The staff was exceptional, especially Georgina at the front desk, who took time to make our 12 year old feel very special. The decor was fabulous and the beds so comfortable. Couldnt ask for a better stay or location. Can’t wait to return!

My wife and I were married there four years ago and their wedding planner Taylor whom we hold in high regard did a fantastic job and to our surprise remembered us coming up on our anniversary with a small gift. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Details were paid attention to before we arrived; including putting a toddler bed in the room for my 2 year old, with soft blankets, sheets, pillow and a stuffed fox. In the bathroom, there was a special wash mitt for a toddler along with bubble bath. The in-town complimentary shuttle was extremely helpful, and the staff were always friendly and on time. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room in great detail 2xs per day, and it was nice to have a soft carpet on the floor with a toddler. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The fresh hot apple cider between 3pm and 6pm was another bonus, but we didn't pick up on it until the end of our stay. The only slight downfall is on top of paying a premium room rate, was having to pay daily for parking in their garage, and an additional resort fee. The pool was a bit chilly, but the hot tub was just the right temperature. It was nice to have free non-alcoholic mini bar, however we are not soda drinkers, so it wasn't too big of a perk. Again, the staff knew how to handle guests; our favorites were Brandon, Kristin, Daniel, and Joseph. We really appreciated that most of the staff were able to greet us by name.
