Regen Aspen with Dr. Gail King

Dr King and her staff are amazing!! My sister lives in Aspen and she knew about the different issues I had going on in regard to my health and well being. She suggested I call Regen Aspen and make an appointment with Dr. King, who has helped my sister for years. I made a phone appointment (I live in Nashville) and Dr King was AMAZING, positive, and understanding. She helped me with so many issues, and everything she suggested was on point. Her office staff, especially Ashley, is professional and respectful. I love those guys!!!!

Dr. King is always on time with my appointments. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes, if that. She accommodated my schedule and got my surgery done before the end of the year, since I had already met my deductible. She responds quickly to all of my emails and concerns, even at 7:30 at night. And if she feels like I should come, she schedules it immediately!
I love that she is willing to try new things and explore other options. One of the things that I appreciate about her most, is that she is truthful and to the point. It's nice when you can truly trust your doctor.

Dr King is simply fantastic. She is highly knowledgeable and progressive. She spends time with her patients explaining everything and is very thorough and thoughtful on her approach to medicine. We are so lucky to have her in Aspen!

Dr. King is incredible at handling those of us with more difficult issues. She is thorough, the depth of her knowledge is impressive. She educates, shows the patient all she sees, and follows through with treatment (for me, laparoscopic surgery). She is prompt, kind, compassionate and thorough. I would not trust anyone else!

At first the care and professionalism appeared good but when I started to discuss surgery with Dr King she let me know that I could get an added elective procedure done that my insurance did not cover BUT she had a way to get it covered under the main surgery. I don't like dishonesty so that threw a red flag. Then things got worse....I was scheduled for surgery but due to not being vaccinated and having a miscommunication with an office staff member, Dr King suddenly would not answer my call or portal message and instead the man in her office said she was not interested in working with me anymore...!?!?
When I asked why, I was not given a reason but instead told to message Dr King in the portal which I did and was never replied to or contacted.
Keep in mind, at this point I was scheduled for surgery which I then had to canceled. This was a huge waste of my time and then her office had the nerve to send me a bill!
Horrible experience with this group. When I called to discuss the bill they sent me they were extremely rude and did not think it was unreasonable to send me a bill after denying me service for no reason that I can understand and no effort to communicate with me about it.
Total mystery and extremely rude service not to mention, very sneaky stuff with how they bill insurance companies.

Steer clear.
