Aspen Mountain Ski Resort

Aspen is one of my favorite places to ski, because of the abundance of snow and challenging terrain. Some of the best powder I have ever skied in. The snow is incredible. Only downside is the scarcity of real ski in-ski out accommodations. I recommend the Shadow Mountain condos which are truly slope side. You can ski up to the condos, within 10 feet of the door.

great place for skiing, new lifts with closed cabins, it was a delight. Many trails of different levels. Rescuers do not know anything about fractures and first aid when you contact them - this is sad. It's good that the situation was not critical

This is a very nice area with gorgeous views. You can see for miles. We had lunch at one of the little cafes and the food was delicious. The staff was very accommodating and the area was clean and well kept. We had an enjoyable day at the top and would love to go again.

I'm from Kentucky. Not as much fried chicken as I would expect... But I came here to ski. The app is great. The employees are very helpful. The resort is currently respectfully of covid protocols. Much appreciated. Great lifts and diverse terrain.

Very nice ski resort, with helpful and friendly staff. The Gondolas were well maintained and clean. As well the ride to the top of Ajax mountain was very pleasant with the breathtaking scenery all around you. The Sundeck restaurant at the top is a great spot to warm up or take in a luncheon as you overlook the city of Aspen and all the beautiful surrounding mountains.

We did the snowshoe nature hike. Loved it. Beautiful terrain. Learned a lot about local critters and mountain living. Highly recommend

Wonderful place to ski and zip line views were extraordinary

Aspen is probably my favorite place to ski in the US. Not because it has the best terrain, although the terrain is very good, but because of how magical the town is. Aspen really is a special place and I'd highly recommend anyone going there for the first time to stay in town. As far as the skiing goes, Ajax as it's known, is not for beginners. You need to be a solid intermediate to ski that mountain and I'd say the same thing for the Highlands. Buttermilk and Snowmass are better for beginners but they are outside of town where Ajax resides. Snowmass is a good 20 minutes away. Just keep that in mind as your planning the trip. Otherwise I couldn't recommend a visit to Aspen highly enough!

Very nice ride to mountain top. The mountain top restaurant is a excellent place to enjoy some wine. During inclement weather the ride stops for several hours so plan accordingly.

Aspen is beautiful 🤩 Do visit here for Christmas or New Year and you will have the best time of your life. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around this beautiful town followed by breakfast and lunch at near by cafe and restaurants.

Calling all Ski fanatics! This ski mountain has EVERYTHING ranging from the best apres ski bars, hearty food at one of many mid-mountain lodges, tree skiing galore and groomed runs for people of all ages and expertise.

They're open pretty much all year round sans mud and spring season. Take a trip up the Gondola during the summer to play Frisbee Golf or to hike some of the ski trails. Grab a beer on one of the decks and enjoy the view before heading back to the base which is centrally located in downtown Aspen!

Highly recommend this ski resort to anyone looking to experience all that Colorado ski mountains have to offer. With games and events fit for people of all ages and persuasions, this resort is a MUST attend for anyone who can afford the nightly rates of Aspen.

I had an awesome time skiing here this past weekend. The conditions were great and lots of the mountain was open. The terrain is very versatile, there is something for everyone. This was my first but definetly not my last time visiting Aspen Ski Resort. I recommend Aspen ski Resort.

Wonderful experience going on 11,000 Ft Elevation.

I love Aspen Mountain, Its my favourite mountain. The Silver Queen Gandola takes you up so high. You will spend about 15 min coming down with a good 20-30mph. Just love these long runs. I love ruthies too. I am always here skiing at least five days every year. No mountain is like Aspen Mountain.

Stayed at the Aspen Alps condos right off the gondola. Didn't get much new snow in early Feb, but the base and grooming was great.

Omg! Aspen is just a fabulous place to ski, so much fun every time I ski here it is incredible. I have an excellent time in Aspen.

Gondola to the top was a great experience for my grandson . We were visiting our son and his family who live in the area. Lots for the kids to do at the top and lunch was good. The only issue was the lack of staff at checkout.

We are there off season and we enjoy very much...Aspen Square Condominium is a great place to relax, amazing service. Surrounds, restaurants, shopping, very good experience.
