I needed an oil change before heading to Colorado and I decided to try out Craft Auto Works. Choosing locally is something I’m passionate about. Craft Auto works got us in and out very fast with amazing work. During our oil change Craft Auto Works realized the inside of my tires were bald. They showed me the bald tires and explained that I needed new struts and an alignment. Driving to Colorado with this could have been very bad so I’m very thankful that they showed me/explained the importance of getting this fixed. They gave me a quote that was much less expensive than any automotive shop within a 30 mile radius. They had me scheduled for the next day and I was able to pick my car up within 2 hours. Any automotive shop can fix a part on your car, but what sets Craft Auto Works a part from any local automotive shop is their attention to detail and the way they treat their customers. I was asked multiple times if I needed anything and was offered drinks. I’m a female so I don’t know much about vehicles so when I had a question they showed me and explained in detail. I HIGHLY suggest trying this company.
